Normally don’t leave reviews, but I stopped by the other day to purchase my first car. Loved the Jeep, but what really sold it was the special experience I had with Olga. She had a twinkle in her eye that came with being young, stylish, and ambitious. Even though there are tons of Jeeps all over California, I didn’t want to give the sale to anyone else. Good luck girl you’re going to go far! Also please give the girl her own desk.

This place is trying to get every penny you have. I went for an oil change and they always came up with more items and priced them super high. Like a motor mount replacement costing over $1500, absolutely insane. $1200/$1500 for labor. Are you guys delusional? Last time they cheated my money to replace tires over $2000. I am not going to pay anything moving forward at this location. I will check every single local auto repairs to avoid spending one more penny at this weird place. Service sucks, strange atmosphere.

My daughter went in today for her first warranty repair and had such a wonderful experience. Everyone was nice to her, as this was her first time learning how to take care of her own car repairs. Thank you for always making it a great place to buy and bring our mini!

Great experience at Niello MINI, and I'm not an easy customer to please!
Big thank you to Scot Glackin - Service Manager and Michael Torres - Service Advisor. Scot managed to turn around a situation effortlessly and made me one happy customer. Scot and Macheal chased a timing chain rattle (ghost) for nearly five days on my MINI Countryman's engine and they didn't charge a red cent. Furthermore, torqued my spark plugs for free and did a multi point inspection. The only thing we paid for was an oil change. They took there time, were very responsive, and even gave me a loaner for nearly a week. Now we have peace of mind. Attitude is everything, especially a positive one!

Time on front door says they close at 8pm and a lady was saying the parts department at 6pm its 5:43 as im typing this. Nowhere does it say they close at 6pm. I just needed a part number and no one was willing to help. Unbelievable.

This review was for the old Mini now they apart of BMW service has gone to heck!! Nobody knows anything you can’t get a call back. My car was towed in there Saturday with a promise for a call Monday morning Tuesday morning. I’m calling to find out what happened. They have no clue my car is even there. Although I did get a email saying they wanted to buy it. in three years since they have taken over mini service, I’ve tried several times to work with them And failed. I have been using an alternate repair service, and I am much happier.

The service is always good, kind of expensive but every time our car is getting fixed they will give us an almost brand new mini to drive.

If you are looking for a honest reliable dealership, I would not recommend Niello Mini. I called them to ask if a particular used car was available since it was a 2 hour drive there from my location. The salesman stated it was, therefore we made an appointment for the following day for me to make the journey to their location. I asked the salesman to text me if the car was sold in the meantime. I made it clear I was only interested in looking at a hybrid and I didn't want to make the long trip if the car was sold. He told me it was definitely there and that he also had several others besides the used one available. I asked if they happen to have a white one in stock, his reply was yes, "in fact he was looking at one that very moment". He texted me early the next morning to confirm our appointment. We therefore made the trip and arrived there on time to be greeted by him stating he had other customers and handing us off to another salesperson. She was very helpful and attentive but unfortunately she came back to tell us the car had been sold. I then asked her to show me the several he stated were on the lot. Her reply was they only had one not the several or white one. She was very apologetic and thoughtful. However, it doesn't make up for the time we wasted or the money we spent on gas to get there. It is my belief the salesman told me whatever he thought I wanted to hear to simply get me up there to try and sale me the one car he had. A deceptive and thoughtless sales tactic. It makes one wonder if this is how they run their entire business. Neither reliable or honest in my case.

Excellent dealership. I bought my car here last year, and they have been incredibly supportive throughout its little quirks and maintenance. The service center is extremely helpful, prompt, and gets everything done as needed. I love the car, and I love the dealership. Thank you!
