One of the worst haircuts I've ever had. Another review said Lee did a great dry haircut on curly hair which is exactly what I was looking for. I texted that that's what I wanted and who I wanted it from and made an appointment. When I got there I told her how I wanted it cut (basically a trim and putting layers back in that had almost grown all the way out). She starts spraying my hair with water. I told her I asked for a dry cut in my text. Then she starts combing my hair and I asked her to stop because she was combing out the curls which defeats the purpose of a dry cut. She said she doesn't do dry cuts. She started cutting and when she was done it was wavy and I needed to see how it would look curly by wetting and drying it. As she dried it she's running her fingers through it which makes it wavy. Wth?! I ended up asking to do it myself. The top layer was a little too long so I showed her how much more to cut and she cut too much. I also had to ask her to clip the long side of my hair over so she could clearly see part before shaving the other side. She ignored me and because she didn't clip it the part was crooked and I had to ask to see the back and then have her fix it. When I got home and added water and curly hair product and restyled and dried it I was appalled. It was cut too short on the top layer and completely crooked on the bottom. The part that is shaved is almost bald on one part along the hairline. U know it's bad when at the end she's repeatedly apologizing.

This used to be my favorite place. The prices were very reasonable and the service was great. However, having moved relatively far away from the place to East Sacramento I revisited the place recently. While the service is still good, their prices have doubled! That famous price-list pic someone posted is history! The base haircut now costs $15+. I am looking for a more reasonable Asian barber shop nearby :o)

I was little annoyed when I went yesterday according to Yelp they are walk-in welcome. When you drive up the window says call or text a number to schedule an appointment. So I text the number and real quick I got a reply that says Lee was available now. I went in with my 6 yr old daughter. She dry cut my wavy curly hair and did such an amazing job. I am very picky about who cuts my hair but she did great. My daughter also got her haircut and loved it. (She has only had one haircut) thank you Lee for the pleasant visit
