Not really helpful and they do not have a lot of selection like they show on their website.

This service is no longer available for less than 200 birds, some processors won't take less than a 1000. The business has moved to Stockton. Truly a loss for the small flock owner, they process thousands of birds daily and their past service of taking small numbers of birds was wonderful. There isn't anyplace in CA that takes small numbers of birds now.

I arrived to drop off chickens for processing and the owner was a total j**** I spent hours drilling holes in Rubbermaid containers with locking tops and the owner sent me away because they weren't in crates or dog kennels which he never mentioned when we called and said " this is the first time we have dropped off poultry." Then, when we eventually were able to order crates (remember, its covid), he got butt hurt because we didn't bring a cooler, again, HE NEVER MENTIONED BRINGING A COOLER. The owner acts like he is doing you a favor, uh, no buddy, this is a business transaction. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Im thinking about starting a poultry processing business where you actually value your customer. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone except for the fact that there is nowhere else to take poultry as a small farmer that i know of.

I called to ask the prices of the chickens (because I live far from that location) and the guy that answer the phone was RUDE!!! He answered that each chicken was $11.50 and when I asked if cheaper by the doz., he said, “I am busy right now, just come and buy what you need” and hung up on me! Not very good customer service what so ever!!!

This is nothing but a house of murder. Please don't support a company like this. The animals this business slaughters are thinking, feeling and loving individuals. They are sentient beings that are intelligent and have their own purposes for being here and none of them include being a commodity for profit! Choose compassion, choose kindness. Choose vegan.

Terrible place. Went there to get 9 chickens processed but was basically just told to leave and "go home." This was after I had been calling multiple times to confirm that I could bring them in on Friday. I drove an hour to get there but they obviously didn't care. Would not recommend going here.

What a sad place this is. Thé best thing i ever saw was a mountain lion comming out of thé bushes there. True story. I guess thé cages with feathers floating in their emptyness and thé souls of all those birds called to it.

Great. Vegans shouldn't be rating an animal food product business. It isn't part of their religion so they have no constructive criticism about the actual product or business.

Extremely poor customer service. I called today to check their hours for New Year's Eve and the guy who answered quickly said yes and hung up on me. I thought the phone lost connection so I called them back for price check on the chickens and he picked up again and said they are very busy and that if I wanted to know I would have to go there and ask, and again hung up on me.

This business processes chicken slaughter for large chicken growing farms, and small flock owners. This is a very clean facility. I accidentally enter through the back door and walked to the front of the business. The price is $3.50 a bird with a $50 minimum, cash only, drop off is at 5:30 am and pick up is 8:30, call ahead to make appoint for your birds. Small flock owners should bring a cooler, birds are killed, gutted, feathers stripped, heads and feet are left on in a Bud

There is nothing 'American' about this place that is not certified by the State of California. We asked the counter employee if they can process or package game birds. Blank stare. We asked if they understand English. Blank stare. We asked for a manager and re-stated our question. He looked at us if we asked him to dress and vacuum pack a house cat and shouted NO! We asked why they cannot do any fowl besides chicken and he leans forward and shouts again NO! There are enough butchers and processors in the city, at least go to one that makes an effort at basic human decency, let alone customer service 101.
