The doctor & assistant were so kind & personable. They made my experience a positive one, considering how scared I was!Assistant was very clear & thorough when speaking with me. He was gentle taking vitals & calm the entire time (I was NOT). The doctor seemed to understand what I needed & she advocated for me in relation to the pharmacy. So kind!Front desk staff needs some help...from attire to attitude to phone etiquette…

Said they took Aetna insurance and they don't. Theyy are out of network. Now I have a full bill for our visit. Staff needs training and shouldn't be making mistakes like this.

I had to come here to have a piece of plastic film that was a part of my wireless earbud that came off and became lodged in my left ear canal. I did not have to wait long and they had a Physician's assistant who came to seen me, took no time to take it out and saved me a lot of stress that I would have had if I had to go through Kaiser. She had a great bedside manner and informed us that they took Kaiser health insurance which was blessing for me. I would recommend this place highly, I will come back here when i have another medical problem.

So far it was busy weekend sunday afternoon employee was very polite we had to wait because the doctor had to go lunch and I don’t mind that . Service was nice.

I had some sutures removed here and it was great. Everyone there was so kind and helpful. The wait was a big longer than usual since it's still cold season (lots of people sick). But overall it was a good experience.

Would leave it at Zero stars if was an option. Worst place ever. Staff are incompetent and rude. Don't actually know how to read a covid test at all. Told my gf she was negative then waited two hours to lie about a positive test. Told us today that we could come back and then refused us. They clearly don't have a single brain cell among the employees to form an actual thought that isn't contradictory. Do not I repeat do not go here, if you value your health. If however you want to kill yourself I suggest this place highly as they will probably let you bleed out on the floor while trying to figure out how to use a bandage or a tourniquet. Also they prescribed Paxlovid which can cause renal failure within two days of using it, to my pregnant gf. This could have possibly killed our babies.

The ladies at the front desk are very nonchalant and rude. I’ve been here twice just because of location and convenience, but both times I wasn’t greeted just told to pull out my id and insurance card IMMEDIATELY These women have very poor customer service skills and are just plain rude. I witnessed them talk bad about a patient who walked in and forgot his wallet in the car and also with about another man’s hygiene out loud. Like they are just so inconsiderate and honestly don’t need to be working in customer service AT ALL.The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because PA the I seen, Karen was great!

The physicians assistants are uneducated and bad at they're job. Nicole is foolish and Sheryl gets defensive and acts hard. They don't have enough knowledge to be helpful

I been waiting for 3 hrs. We all (3 patients) have the same thing. They’re very slow. Nurses are just passing time like they’re on a break. Walking around doing nothing like what’s going on back there 1 doc and 5 med assistants can’t take care of 3 patients in 3 hrs. Saddddd. I’m in medical field too but this is just unacceptable. But heyyyy the makeup is on point and that’s all that matters these days….. right???

$250 for a consultation to change eye infection medication from ointment to drops. They did not diagnose, just heard me out and wrote a script.I am appreciate they were open at 8AM and next to me, and I was able to get my hands on the medication that ultimately helped. But $250 is a bit ridiculous.

They were supposed to be open till 9, but we're closed at 8:30. There was a lady waiting outside to be seen. She said she had been waiting since 8 o'clock for them to open the door.

Long story short I went in on a Sunday and was there for about an hour, I would have been longer had I not informed the doctor I had somewhere to be in the next hour. The doctor barely listened to my concerns, she kept asking me the same questions but wording them differently as if my answer would change, that annoyed me. Then she told me I wouldn’t get my lab results back for 2-3 days, which is ridiculous because had I gone anywhere else I would have gotten them back same day. Well, it’s been a week and 2 days and still no lab results. I called 4 days ago but got the run around, I was told once they come in they’ll call me but they have no exact date or timeframe. That’s absurd! The only good thing about this place is that they stay open later than most, but that’s literally it. I wouldn’t recommend this urgent care to anyone and according to these reviews many wouldn’t either.
