Returned old brake shoes for core deposit and told "too old, no core refund". Yes, time can pass when restoring a classic car. Reminded me why I haven't been to NAPA in years and mostly order online. Always an issue there. If they go bankrupt, they earned it.

*Attention account holders* You are getting ripped off. Just informed by their second in command today that account holders have higher pricing than the general public. His excuse was to blame corporate. Public price $48 total. Acct holder price about $60 total. That's over 20% higher.
Another employee pipes up that we could go to another business to purchase the items we need. Great idea. We will never spend another dime at Napa.
30+ year patron and acct holder with Napa and we closed our account today. It's clear that they don't want or need our business.
Update 6/21/24 - called the #800 number given below and got a call center in another country. The rep repeatedly asked for a claim # and/or acct # of which we had neither. She then said she'd document that we "refused" to give her the information at which point we just hung up. What a joke. Just further confirmation that we made the right decision .

Employees don't care, called to ask about hydraulic fittings and hose crimping. Was told they have crimper but nobody knows how to use it first sign of incompetent employees. They said they had plenty of fittings in stock so I could at least complete my project. Drive 30 minutes to location employee I assumed I talked to sitting outside smoking. Talked to guy at counter who was happy playing on his cell phone and he says yeah but barely have any fittings. Takes me to the back to a mess of empty drawers and just stands there offering no help. Get a clue Napa!

Order some parts in August now end of December, they never Infomed me if the item has arrived.. infact time to time I went and checked.. anyways finally got half the order yesterday ?.. I had to go myself to collect two month old order.. and still the order was half missing.. even I paid for shipping.
