I bought a fridge, washer and dryer. I have had issues with the fridge and I tried to make an appointment for someone to come out to repair the issue and I can’t get a response from anyone.

I DO NOT recommend using this company! After spending $360 for parts and repair, our dishwasher still did not work. When we contacted the company to let them know, they told us that another part was needed. We were given several dates that the part would be available and they would return; however, they never came back. In the meantime, they never contacted us for updates, we always had to reach out to them. We had to call them multiple times for them to eventually tell us that they couldn't get the part and they were just going to issue us a refund. On June 21, we were told the refund was being issued and we would see it in 2-3 business days; today marks the 18th business day and WE HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING!!!! That was the last time that we received any communication from them. Now, they will not return our phone calls or texts. This company is very unprofessional!

Bought a washer from them. Very reasonable price with delivery. Same day service! Very happy will definitely go there again. Really polite and explained the warranty in detail.

For my first experience, it wasn't very good. This person does the work without asking for your consent, he just calls to say that the work is finished and the cost of the work, without knowing if you agree. that is very unprofessional and above all very disrespectful to customers

This Family owned business is the only place I went to for over 10 years for all our rentals. Luis & Pops are hard working genuine people that actually care about there customers & quality of work. These guys looked out for me numerous times & always gave me the best pricing. I would highly recommend this business! God bless these guys!

Highly recommend!I contacted them because my dryer broke & I got a quick response back. Went to the shop and picked a nice dryer well kept in great condition & explained warranty information well. Very friendly, installation couldn’t have been any better, the installer went above and beyond! I have never gotten service this well. They even followed up how the dryer has been. Amazing service, friendly & more!

My front-loading washing machine stopped working last night with water still in the tub. I contacted Mtz Appliance this morning and they were able to deliver a very nice, reasonable top-loading washer by noon. The delivery man was quick, courteous, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to be sure the washer was installed levelly in my very unlevel garage. This was my first experience with Mtz, but it will not be my last. I will recommend them to anyone I know who needs appliances. Thank you so much!

I bought a fridge back in September. Hooked it up and it was leaking like crazy from the bottom. After asking for someone to come out for a week I finally got a response. He came out and tried a fix that didn't work, so he had to order a new part. Two weeks later he finally came out and replaced the part and gave me an extended 6 month warranty. Hooked it all up again water pressure was extremely poor and the ice maker wasn't working. Reached out to let him know and he said he would come back out to look at it. It's been 2.5 months and he's just ignoring all communication at this point. Definitely frustrated. I've been patient and understanding with this business but was under the impression I purchased a fully functioning fridge and still, 3 months later don't have one and can't get a response from the owner.

I purchased a washer and dryer from this company. The washing machine came with a moldy door gasket. He said if there's anything wrong with the machine he'd come out anytime. The 2nd time we called him he keeps ignoring my calls and messages. Not only is it making noise and a burn smell is coming out of it! I know it's used but only lasted 3 months! Terrible service!!Buyer beware. Do not buy anything from these place.
