“Cut to the chase...5 stars...hands down, the best movers I've used. They came heavily recommended from 2 of my buddies and did not disappoint. Enrique was my main phone contact...he was organized, on time, and delivered as expected throughout a somewhat tricky move. Paris, Tim and Joey were my movers...interesting guys, friendly, good stories and worked their a**es off hauling furniture down 4 flights of stairs with a broken elevator...and then walking back up to take another load. STRONGLY recommend...hire with confidence!”

“For a phone-first company, I had a bear of a time getting anything done over the phone. I called two bad numbers before finally getting the real Pods service line for help during my move. Both times I tried to leave directions for my Pod dropoff/pickup drivers on the first leg of my move, I still ended up having to go out and direct them around the road work I tried to warn them about ahead of time, making me think calling Pods after the initial quote is a meaningless action that accomplished nothing. However, the Pod was ALWAYS dropped off and picked up on schedule, everything was in good condition when my full Pod arrived at my destination, and everyone I spoke to was really lovely and kind. This would have been a slam dunk 5 star DIY moving experience if phone communication hadn't broken down during an already stressful time--but again, everything else went off without a hitch. 3.5/5 from me.”

It was still two truckloads.They came to my home and gave me a quote, we had a second stop to make, and they did not see what was at the second stop before the day of moving.We did some re-negotiating on the final price, since the second stop took more than expected, but they were fair about it, and actively worked the problem to find a solution.I will definitely use them next time I move, and I would definitely recommend them.”
