He stayed in constant communication with us, giving clear ETAs for each container and making sure we always knew what to expect. “I used this company from California to Georgia. I did two pods first and sent them to Georgia six months in advance and they sat in storage. Then we did four more to georgia that the total of six the pick up and delivery and the pick up and delivery drivers were all wonderful friendly and they knew what to do When we called. They explained to us what we needed to do was just pack the queue and then call when we're ready for pick up when I tell you this was the best process ever now. Had we known that we could've gotten a half with a trailer container for cheaper going back home to California? That's exactly what I'll be doing because I spent about 25 to 2900 a pod and I had six so if I do half the container it's cheaper but hearing all the bad stories about moving companies how they hold your furniture and personal items hostage when you've already paid them. I didn't want to experience that so I did my research and I found you pack and I love them”

“Fuller Moving (North American Van Lines) was my contact for this move. They came out and gave me an estimate for the interstate move. Kevin was on time and very efficient. It was obvious he knew his business. It took us 6+ months to sell our house in California. Kevin and Fuller Moving stuck with us and were very diligent in periodically checking with us on the status of our plans, without being a nuisance. Once we were ready to move, the packing crew showed up on time and were very efficient. The movers showed up on time, loaded the the truck and were off. The moving trucks delivered our furniture and all the packed boxes on time.
All in all we were very pleased with Fuller Moving and North American Van Lines.”

“This company was polite, fair, and a pleasure to do business with. We had done all the packing and moving of most of the boxes, and we had them protect and move the large items. It was still two truckloads.They came to my home and gave me a quote, we had a second stop to make, and they did not see what was at the second stop before the day of moving.We did some re-negotiating on the final price, since the second stop took more than expected, but they were fair about it, and actively worked the problem to find a solution.I will definitely use them next time I move, and I would definitely recommend them.”

These guys were kind enough to squeeze me into their day, and showed up within an hour! They were friendly and professional, and even gave me a discount when the drop off was easier and closer than they anticipated. Highly recommended to move large furniture, I will use them again!”
