I know and love every corner of this store. I buy most of my presents for friends and family here as they have so many unique gifts and the BEST birthday cards. Wendy and Mary are the kindest and wisest women and are part of the reason I come back again and again. Christmas season is lit here with unique and rare ornaments by the hundreds.

Whenever we are in Sacramento my wife and I have to stop into Mixed Bag. They have so many different items. We love the kitchen items. You get free parking, so don't let the signs scare you.

Fun, eclectic gift shop with a wide range of things to look at from kitchen items to Firefly jewelry (my favorite). Cool cards, local gifts (try the peanut brittle, amazing), and wonderful Christmas displays. Includes baby and kids sections. Really nice aspect is the staff that has been there a long time. Adds to friendly ambiance.

My go-to place for gifts for co-workers and care packages. Gifts for everyone from babies to seniors. I appreciate their parking lot in an area where street parking can be difficult to find.

We stopped in here to browse after eating lunch at Mother's, and it was a delightful surprise! A great selection of gifts, prices were good, and the employees were sooo nice!

I feel like I've been a customer for over 15 yrs now. This was my go to place to get unique heartfelt gifts. My loved ones would always get a greeting card from this store. In December I went to get some holiday gifts. I was 3rd in line. The cashier was pleasant as always and rang up the first customer and then the second customer, but when she got to me, she was very quiet and then when I gave her my Golden 1 debit card (which is a local Sacramento bank and which customer #2 had just used), she asked me for my ID. I pulled it out and then I asked her why she didnt ask the other customers in front of me for an ID. She very bitterley said she didnt need to. I thought to myself, ok they have the legal right to refuse service or give bad service. But honestly the only difference between me and the other two customers was my skin color. Sadly prejudice is part of her customer service.

Lots of cute, amusing items, but I would say over priced. The economy being what it is though, maybe they're not over priced?
