Omar was great! Was focused, stayed on task the whole time and was friendly and a really nice person at the same time. Very patient with us for not having the area around the windows prepared for him. He helped us remove hard to remove blinds.
We enjoyed him and he did a great job. Thank you.

Two nice workers arrived and said the issue with our windows were related to a few loose screws. They tightened the screws and our windows were operating smoother. We hope they will remain that way.

Took 5 months and lots of follow up to get help. Took 3 months to be sent the wrong unhelpful video. Finally got help over 5 months later.
Technicians were wonderful. However I never have seen such an unhelpful customer service department anywhere.
Had to keep my door locked with a piece of PVC way too long.

Making a warranty claim was very easy. The technician, Patrick, notified me when he was close to arriving at the scheduled date and time. He replaced both windows in a half hour and was very personable. The lifetime warranty is very good. These windows were 19 years old before any failure, and we have a lot of windows.

We had some moisture in the windows so it needed to be replaced.
Our installer, Jeremy was fast, efficient and professional. He arrived on time and replaced our window within an hour.
