The store is amazing. The store manager is amazing. Also the assistant manager Sebastian and Jen were amazing. I love the store. I love the energy. Please continue to hire people like that because it makes the store better and makes it easier to go in and purchase wonderful things and makes it feel like an experience.

Just realized they are ripping me off!!!
Bought/Financed a Curren watch from here for $300.00. Guess how much they are at other retail stores??? $30!!!!!!!!! I don’t even know how it’s legal to mark the price up that much. I’ll be looking into that to make sure it is legal, if it’s not? Best believe I’ll be taking action!!

I purchased a ring from these crooks in 2015 while living in Sacramento for the reason of helping me re-establish credit. Well, the bracelet, I enetered into a contract with turn green, not just green but foam green. I had the diamonds appraised by a certified jeweler, of course they we fake as cut glass. I brought the bracelet back and did a voluntarily repossession. I had paid almost half the price off and thought that because of the fakeness they would offset the rest. I brought the appraisal paperwork and the name of the appraiser; they had the audacity to say it wasn't correct. Now fast forward it is taking a credit specialist to serve them legal paper to get this off my credit report. Yes, if you need to start credit please use a reputable company or a major jewelry company that is honest and appreciative of your business. If I could give a negative 1 I would and encourage other to do the same.

I took my son here to get him established quickly in the credit world and it was a very easy process. The jewelry mostly started off at about 300 bucks on up to thousands of dollars. So we got a watch for $300 and a pair of earrings for $500 which came too a little over $900 and the monthly payment on that after taxes and fees is only $100 a month with the first months payment being $200 for some reason but not bad in my opinion so we plan to just pay it off over 7 months to get a good payment history established. The only downside I see to the whole thing is that once you are done paying off your jewelry they report your account as Paid in full/Closed to all three credit reporting agencies which can be a devastating drop to your credit score. I'm not sure why they just wouldn't keep the credit line open but if that's something you want to do you need to come down to their store and purchase something else to keep your credit line open. While doing financing like this it would be easy to get established enough to qualify for other starter credit cards in the meantime so all in all if you work it the right way this is a great program that doesn't run your credit to be qualified specially for the younger people who don't even exist in the credit world yet.

Its about 3 stars for now. The staff are friendly and not pushy. My engagement ring is from here and I love it, but twice I've had to take it back because one of the little diamonds came off. It's usually about a 2 week turn around time to fix since their jewelry repair is off site. The second time we brought it in, the guy who helped us put a "rush" on it, since I looked so sad! Haven't had any issues since then with my ring and it sparkles, like the smile on my face whenever I look at it.
