All went well except they didn't have the phones that are listed online advertising for free when switching carriers. I don't like that they automatically set you up with a phone case and screen protector without asking you. I didn't ask for a bundle I ask for a phone. But the overall experience was decent. Make sure to check your phone box, mine didn't come with instructions or a damn adapter. Learn as you go I guess.

Horrible customer service they dont answer the phone ever to answer any concerning questions that people may have over the phone and theyve sold me broken earphones and didnt bother to fix it or help replace them and the manager is never in there at all plus they lied about giving me my replacement phone and kept giving me bits of information then even after purchasing my phone they still kept my replacement phone for over 2 weeks and wouldnt hand it over until i paid the bill which d8smt make sense because whether my bill is paid or not my line should of never been suspended and i should of been able to receive my replacement phone but other than that the phone has great service only because its nokia but i will never go through metro pcs again and i been a loyal customer for over 10 yrs now but nor anymore

Worst experience ever. A lady named Marina or Mariana lied and told us we would get four lines for $100. The bill online shows $170.She scams people then leaves work for the day. We can't return phones due to store policy. This is sad.
