I went into this metro the other day after being hella frustrated with Assurant Insurance n Metro611 I had been without 1of my lines on my account for more than 3+weeks and couldn't get and answer or solve the problem with processing my phone. I couldn't send in my ID and could only do it thru the app but it wouldn't allow be too after calling metro 4 times on several different occasions and then telling me Everytime that the problem was solved or would be solved in 72hours It was still a problemFinally I went in n Spoke to RAMIRO MANAGER AT ELKHORN STORE AND AFTER MOTE THAN 3 WEEKS OF FRUSTRATION HE SOLVED MY PROBLEM IN LESS THAN AN HOUR AND I WAS ABLE TO UPLOAD MY ID GET MY PHONE SENT AND EVERYTHING.HE DID IN 1DAT WHAT 611 & ASSURANT COULDN'T FIGURE OUT IN 3 PLUS WEEKSTHX RAMIRO FOR YOUR PATIENCE N HELP I REALLY APPRECIATE YOU

The girl who works there is mad that someone who has a business and supports a family Plan through att wanted to switch. Apparently if you you request more than a battery you’ll be denied any promo. Att has a better one. Also, their fees stay the same. It doesn’t vary from store to store. I think they should find a new rep. That girl is definitely not cutting it. I went down the street and got an amazing deal.

GREAT SERVICE! I have come here multiple times and the customer service is great! Jeremiah and Angel did an amazing job helping me out and will definitely be coming back to this metro again!

Jonathan was beyond amazing. I quiet didn't have any money on me,however I ended up getting a phone on payments, thank you so much Jonathan it was a pleasure to see customer service gone above and beyond for customer like my self ?

I came in to the shop about a week ago and my phone was frozen it would not turn off nor my apps would not operate so the man behind the counter asked to look at it and within 10 minutes he had it all working again it was Unbelievable I swore it would have to be sent to the shop but he knew exactly what it was. My phone is an Apple 11 and I thought it was a computer glitch or something the man's name is " NABIL" that man is amazing he's is the reason why I will keep going to that shop and stay with this service me and my family I just want to let people know that nabil took so good care of me and I wanted to thank him so much for helping me out And keeping me safe in the store thanks again nabil your friend Frank !!!

Clean store. Salvador was great, very knowledgeable and helpful. Great customer service Slavador. Thank you! only con: store doesn't come up on google search/ maps. Also, would be great if store had banner/ flags out near main Street. I had to u-turn, I missed the store the first time.
