Horrible customer service. Came in for help to activate a new in box metro phone (bought from metro, not Jo blow off FB) and pay my bill since I was there. Got pushed out and told to call 611. Old phone was dead and not a easy transfer. Been a customer for years and you’d think the store could take the time to help do this correctly. Guess being a long term customer means nothing. I’ve never had a issue at other locations. No one was in the store or waiting in line. They don’t kid about customer service being nonexistent. Guess he wanted to to go back to playing on his phone instead of helping. Still trying to transfer but 611 is too busy and told me to call back later. So No working phone yet im paying for it. What a joke.

Horrible service! I went to this location to have my protective glass changed on my iPhone. It was changed by a female, did not catch her name, and she charged me $27. Later that day, when I received a phone call, I could not hear the person on the phone. I realized that the wrong glass was installed on my phone and the ear hole was covered up. The next day I went back to have the correct glass installed and Jody, the only person there, was very arrogant and condescending to me. He did not have the correct glass for my iPhone and he refused to give me a refund, even though I had my receipt. Jody also refused to call his manager. I left with a phone I still could not use for regular phone calls. Very unhappy with the customer service at this location.

(I was there about an hour ago) Been coming here for year's to pay my bill and purchase new phone's multiple time's! I was coming in to simply get a new phone because my current one was shattered 2 night's ago. Now, I understand it's retail and that salesman are encouraged to try to "Up-sale" in order to make more money. And despite the fact that I showed him 3 different phone's that ranged from $200-$300 +tax, he kept trying to get me to finance the newest iPhone and/or Galaxy MULTIPLE time's, while CONSTANTLY asking me, "What's your budget/price range?", (Before rudely disregarding every phone I showed him!) every time I denied the credit/finance option! Despite(/again) showing him multiple phone's with a $200-$300 price range! He was so damn aggressive with the credit/finance option and/or only showing me $1,000+ phone's, as if they were my only options! Like he really wasn't going to accept my "small amount" of money/wasn't gonna sell me a cheap phone! In the end, because of his rude/demanding behavior and how he wasted so much time on us, the 2 customer's that came in after us ended up leaving before he even got the chance to speak to them/welcome them into the store! With all of that being said, I'm still gonna go back tomorrow in hopes that someone else will be working there. But, if it's the same guy, I'm just gonna go to a different location!

The girls working in there really know what they're doing. Friendly, patient and personable. They went above and beyond for me trying to get my old plan transferred over to a new phone. They even stayed nearly an hour and a half after closing trying to work with corporate representatives on my behalf. While I can't sing the praises of "Metro" themselves, the employees at this store are AWESOME!

Store was busy but then I was there just before noon they had plenty of cashiers available to get in line. First time in this store located on El Camino. Store was well stocked very large spent time looking for merchandise. Produce was very well stocked

Friendly staff, we forgot a phone at the store and tried calling before going back but no answer. We got the phone and was well, would have been nice for someone to answer the phone.

My New a21 phone froze up today. Went to metro at watt and butano. They have the best staff. Nice super smart girls I didn't get her name but she's helped me twice. She knows her way around cell phones. So twice some setting had changed. I was in and out within 5 mins. I didn't get her name she had dark hair, metro lady.,. Thank you again

Excellent MetroPCS location. Aima is awesome! If you need tech support or suggestions on what new phone is right for you she is the one to go see. My brother and I are very happy with our new phones and we hope we can find Aima when it's time to upgrade again! Thanks Aima!
