Madison Ave metro in North Sacramento. I had a female assist me. The line was long and I watched her be sneaky with getting you to pay for something free from everyone she assisted. I was there for my free phone as mine was discontinued. She went back to get it and told me the total is 250.00. How is that free? I told her no I want the T-Mobile phone at no cost. She went back and got it for me and said 120.00 out the door. That's more like it as I was paying my bill so the phone cost 40 bucks not 250! I give her credit on sales she still tried to get me to purchase a new cover. That's expected. But stop being so sneaky. When you tell the customer oh you have 200.00 credits you get a free tablet. You tell her it will cost 100? She didn't even want the tablet. Finally the rep let her have her free tablet for 40.00. There's no air conditioning while you wait for over an hour. The display tables are nasty with dirt, eyelashes, pubes, bugs, and just plain nasty. I will never go there again.

Went In to transfer number from my old phone to my new phone . Clerk behind the counter trys to get me to get me to buy a new phone i refuse multiple times then charges me 45$ witch I is double what i was charged a few months ago at different location and then refuses to give a receipt on a cash purchase even after repeatedly asking for a receipt.then get home with phone and get message charge reversed. Definitely will not be returning to this location ever

So last week I went to this store after having my wallet and phone stolen from my car...I specifically told the clerk behind the counter that I wanted a 5G phone that I can tap and pay...I asked what's lowest price out the door....cleark told me the moto G 5GPhone is cheapest...and it has tap and pay..?? So he sold me phone hooked everything...I was happy...go to store shopping.... GUESS WHAT!!??HE SOLD A PHONE THAT WAS 5G...BUT NO TAP AND PAY COMPATIBILITY.!!!,??????????????????SO I GET BACK TO SAME STORE SN HOUR LATER AND HE TELLS ME IT WAS MISUNDERSTANDING...I SAID WHAT PART OF THAT I NEED5 G PHONE YOU DIDN'T UNDERSTAND ???So I leave store after he says sorry all sales are final...my blood started to boil...GUESS WHAT...CRICKET HAD FREE TAP SND PAY PHONES DOWN THE STREET... METRO SUCKS NOW...I ALWAYS HAVE PROBLEMS AND SCAMS PUT ON ME BY THEM...GOING BACK TO BOOST MOBILE... ? ?

The customer service there was phenomenal. Britney,Kathy and Jose had the best customer service I've ever seen. They went above and beyond their services It was just excellent at the Metro by T-Mobile store excellent customer service.

Please read before u goto this store.ive been with metro PCs since 2008.i love metro PCs.great company.ive bought 4 phones from this metro PCs store at Madison ave and hillsdale.always had great customer service at store until two weeks ago.so I don't have phone insurance so my phone stopped charging and I was without a phone.i was the only customer there and two ladies were working in store.they totally ignored me.they were busy talking about the other ones pregnancy issues.i stood at counter and you would think that they would stop talking and let me ask questions but they didn't.so I politely waited until othere was a pause in the conversation and they were so rude.the lady that wasn't pregnant acted like I was bothering her and even rolled her eyes.this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced.hello I'm cut off from the world and I'm here to spend my $ but this didn't matter to these two females.i finally left and bought new phone for $300 at metro store on manzanita ave.i will never ever go to this store on Madison ave ever again and I hope that anyone that reads this won't either

This location is very helpful. The Manager Tiare was very nice and professional. All the employees there were knowledgeable & very professional and understood my needs.
