I will not go anywhere else. This company is reliable and trustworthy. My car looks brand new again. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are quick with repairs and they do a thorough job. I definitely recommend.

Great experience so far. Arriving a little late l was greeted with big smiles and personalized service. I was able to get my Truck dropped off and a rental in mete minutes as opposed to the last time I had to deal with this type of thing. Will have the opportunity to review their ability it repair my Truck after it is completed. Stay tuned 5 Star so far...

I had a very disappointing experience with Honda Collision on Fulton Ave in Sacramento, California. If I could gove them negative stars I would! They did not meet my expectations and failed to properly address the issues with my car following the accident. Firstly, the fact that they did not align my doors correctly is concerning. This lack of attention to detail is unacceptable, as it indicates a lack of professionalism and competence on their part. Additionally, it is disappointing that they refused to replace both of my slashed tires. My safety should always be a priority, and it is alarming that they only replaced one tire when both were unsafe to drive with. This negligence shows a lack of concern for my well-being and the proper functioning of my vehicle. Furthermore, the broken window panel and the subsequent loud air noise inside my car were clear signs of shoddy workmanship. It is disheartening that despite bringing my car back to them multiple times, they were unable or unwilling to rectify this issue by telling me straight up that my car would not be fixed 100%. The fact that they informed me that they could not promise to fix my car completely/correctly is simply unacceptable. As a customer, I have the right to expect my vehicle to be fully restored to its pre-accident condition. The inability to fulfill this basic expectation reflects a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. It is unfortunate that I had to take my car to another repair shop, such as Kniesel's, in order to get the necessary repairs done correctly. This inconvenience and frustration are directly attributable to Honda Collision's failure to meet their responsibilities. Given the subpar service and lack of professionalism I experienced, it is understandable that I have lost confidence in Honda Collision on Fulton Ave and do not wish to return to them for any future problems. It is essential for businesses to prioritize customer satisfaction and provide reliable, quality service, qualities that seem to be lacking in this case. I hope that my future experiences with other service providers will be more positive than what I experienced with your company!

I wanted to acknowledge the entire team at Capitol City Honda Collision Center. The team was very professional and went over and beyond my expectations. My car was fixed in a timely manner. They handled all of the paperwork with the insurance. The rental was on site when I dropped the car off to start the repairs and they even returned it for me. When my car was finished i was so happy with the result.I highly recommend Capitol City Honda Collision Center for all your repair needs.

Nobody picks up the phone, nobody calls you back. Poor communication, poor customer service. Will not be returning.

I brought my vehicle here to get looked at. And all the staff was great. Kara was very informative and helpful on explaining the repair process to me. After I got my vehicle back it looked like nothing ever happened. Kara made sure it wS clean as well. Thank you for making this a great experience.

Capital City always takes care of me. I've had a few things fixed there and never had any problems. They even fixed my cover under the car after my husband ran over a curb and dented it, causing this obnoxious knocking sound every time I started my vehicle. The noise is gone. Amber is the manager, and she is always very friendly and helpful. The staff is great too. I'd highly recommend them if you need any repairs or body work.
