Great experience so far. Arriving a little late l was greeted with big smiles and personalized service. I was able to get my Truck dropped off and a rental in mete minutes as opposed to the last time I had to deal with this type of thing. Will have the opportunity to review their ability it repair my Truck after it is completed. Stay tuned 5 Star so far...

This places is now Citi Honda if you call don't be alarmed it's the right place. The customer service is amazing and the advisors always only recommend what's really needed. I used to go to a different Honda dealership but after several horrible experiences , I found these guys and they make all the difference.

Since March 21, AAA and I contacted Capital City 5 -FIVE - times! After AAA sent them paperwork, I called and showed up last Tuesday, March 29, for the scheduled appointment with their Amber, and then called, again, along with AAA's representative, again - FIVE times. Amber never responded in any shape or form. If it could get any worse, I don't know, how.

I don’t know much about this place because I came here by accident looking for Mel Rapton Honda. (I learned that the formally known as Mel Rapton Honda dealership is now just the Honda dealership.) Although I walked in here by mistake the ladies inside here were very nice and gave me directions to the Honda dealership.

Won’t be coming back here for any service because we were treated poorly by pretentious AMBER. Using a polite tone but with sarcasm while arguing felt very disingenuous. It was an uncomfortable situation for myself, and in appearance other staff in office.

If you have GEICO and your car is Honda bring it to this place for restoration. They did a fantastic job. My whole driver's side doors and panel were badly damaged by car accident. This place Mel Rapton Collision Center can turn back in time to its original condition. It does takes longer time, but it is worth the waiting.

When car window got smashed, GEICO referred me to Capital City Collisions, formerly Mel Rapton Collision Center. I worked closely with Kevin, and he went above and beyond with the initial consultation, inspection, and follow up. My car parts arrived ahead of schedule, and I was very pleased with the service I received.

My car was hit by a hose thing you wrap your hose on so my insurance sends me here I drop my car off on the 7th of last month I was told two weeks I'll have my car back no problem two weeks come and go no call so I call they say oh yeah we never touched it we will tomorrow so the next week they actually start doing it so keep in mind it isn't even that bad of damage so they fix it and are like so we just need to paint it so we will call you Wednesday well like you can probably guess that day came and went so I wait 9 days after they said Wednesday to be told my car has been done this whole time except a windshield which they can do at my house so I can get it if I want so I paid an extra 9 days of a rental at 75$ a day on top of the extra week before so basically I tell them This and I'm like i should be paying you a penny but they still made me pay 200$ out of the 500$ deductible which is beyond insane they screwed me so hard and charged 1,000 to pain a dang bumper for a day so basically don't go here if you can help it the manager Doug was really nice and I could tell he wanted to help but I shoulda got a lot more I spent 1,000$ on a rental
