“I purchased a gun for protection and for sport. I have only shot a rifle in the past but didn't know anything about hand guns. I passed the test and background check, and these guys were extremely helpful and gave me some great advice. I go in there to buy ammo now, and they explain which bullets are great for target practice and which are better for self-defense. I will continue to go to this store. These young men are very professional, and I feel really safe in their store.”

“I've purchased two mobility products from Turk's during the past year. A rollator and a PRIDE Go Chair. Since I can't walk on my own without severe pain (multiple lower back and right hip arthritic issues) - it's VERY important for me to be able to reach a "human voice" whenever I have a question or product issue! And at 81 yrs. of age, I've had my share of questions about the pros and cons of the various mobility models John has in his showroom! Yes, some of his models can be purchased a little less "on line" (BUT you have to assemble them!) and it can be a nightmare getting an actual "person" on the phone for even a simple answer!!! Turks has excellent customer service on any items they carry. That type of communication access ---when you're a senior AND handicapped is vital !!! John and Sherry run TURK ENTERPRSES like we all still lived in the TV sitcom "Mayberry" !! I hope others who need mobility items --take a ride to their showroom and meet John in person, "test drive" some of the inventory and support a local honest business here in the Sacramento area!”

“I just want to say how impressed I was today to meet the owner of Anderson brothers pharmacy. He was putting out flyers, letting people know that his pharmacy existed and that as other pharmacies closed his was remaining open. I definitely am changing and it's all because honestly, he was so friendly and it's also locally owned which I like in this day and age of so many people and stores going out of business. Let's try to help the small guy because you usually do get better customer service.”

“After having a bad experience with Apria, I walked out before getting my CPAP machine. Called my friend who was very happy with the company she was using, cleared it with my doctor and insurance company and went to Pacific Pulmonary in Sacramento. They have just changed over to AdaptHealth. It meant an hour drive but was well worth it. Very professional, pleasant, knowledgeable...they were a pleasure to work with. I feel certain their service will match my initial experience.”

“* I want to update by review. I received a phone call from Darlene R from Apria Customer Care Team. She solved all of my issues and told me what the problems were. Hopefully I can now order my cpap supplies next month. Thank you Darlene.I am done done done. I went to order supplies for my cpap. I got a call a day later saying that my order could not be placed because Medicare wanted me to have a visit with my doctor to make sure I was being compliant. I have been on cpap for eight years! You better believe I am compliant. Anyway, fine. I made an appointment to see my doctor. Apria came to my door to take back the instrument because they claimed I was non compliant. My husband refused to let them in. I saw the doctor and gave her my sleep report for the past five months from the machine. My doctor's office faxed all of the reports to Apria twice. I called every day and they kept claiming that they never received it. FINALLY they said that they had it and had sent it to Medicare. Great. Now I can order supplies. Nope. Got a call the next day saying they can not deliver supplies due to documentation missing from my doctor's office. WHAT!!! I called again and they said Medicare is missing documents and won't pay. I called Medicare and they said that is no such thing. They got billed for an instrument and no supplies. They DO have all of the documentation and don't know what they are talking about. They did mention that Apria needs to bill it as medically necessary. Fine. I called Apria again and now they are saying they have no idea what is going on. I talked to billing and they said that they have no supplies ordered to bill. Again, called the main number and I could not get a straight answer. I get a different reason every time I call. They said that they will call me when they have an answer. Yeah, I believe that one. Get your act together folks!*Update-Just received another automated message from Apria that they can not complete my order due to documentation missing from my doctor's office. I can not believe this!”
