“Everyone was nice and it went pretty fast but they said the second part of my fingerprinting had to be done a different day which makes no sense to me & the drive is far”

“We recently bought a 1950s home with many suspect materials. Jim gave great instructions on how to take our own samples. He analyzed them and provided a report within 1 day for a great price. Thank you!”

“Had a really good experience here! My pictures came out ok but the tech did say I could have drunk a bit more water for them to be clearer. However, I am satisfied with the pics that I have. I was also given a gift (diaper bag with enfamil) after my appointment that I wasn’t expecting so overall it was a great experience! Thank you!”

“I have had lab work done at this every few months for the past 10+ years. The lab team is always communicative, positive, and upbeat. They do a good job at drawing blood even through my veins can be difficult. I definitely recommend this Sutter lab location.”

“I thought everyone there was pretty nice/polite and the facility was cleaner than I expected. It wasn’t really busy the couple times I went. I spent about 20 minutes there. Having ID and barcode ready makes the whole process faster.”

“Even though the Elk Grove location is closer to me, I prefer this location. They are usually not too busy and always nice and friendly. Whenever I come here, I was able to get in and out 10 minutes or less. This is a small office but it gets the job done. Always efficient and quick. Everyone has been welcoming. I will continue to come here whenever I need lab works done.”

“I had one of the best experiences I've ever had in healthcare at LabCorp today. Shondra was incredibly warm, professional, and knowledgeable throughout my blood draw. I will come back here for all of my lab needs in the future and will recommend to everyone.”

“ongges20 is full of bull. All the people at the lab are professional. If you have to wait a long time it's because they are busy. Or you don't have your act together and show up without the authorization. I go there at least five or six times a year.”

“Had a referral from a woodland clinic doctor. Arrived 5-10 minutes early for a 9:30 appointment. Lobby was more or less filled (all but a few chairs around the perimeter were occupied). There are two kiosks used for checking in, no front desk staff/or a front desk. The kiosk does give you the option to wait in your car and to check in for someone other than yourself. I was able to scan my license and insurance card. By the time I had checked in and took a seat, I was called almost immediately. Blood tech was friendly and courteous. As a nervous needle patient, she was super gentle, didn't feel a thing. I was done and back in the car by 9:38. You will need to book an appointment to be seen and out the door in a timely manner and will need to book an appointment to drop off any future samples that are requested. Having never been to one of these facilities before, overall a pleasant experience.”

“Was impressed with how quick this service was. I had an appointment and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Place was clean, the phlebotomist was really nice and she was quick.”

“Kub, the phlebotomist, was superb in her job. I got 4 vials of blood drawn and she did not cause me any pain at all. I have thin veins and that throws off some nurses, but Kub excel in her job! Thanks.”

“For the most part it was good. Quick service. However the person who does the tests was quite unfriendly and a little bit unprofessional, as my results were never told to me. Thankfully I have done one or two of these and know what the 5 panel strips look like for a negative test. Other than that it was an all around good experience.”

“I can't say enough about Nurse TEE.. Giving the COVID vaccines, . My grandson has autism and ADHD.. it's really hard for him to stay still, he stood still for her. It went so fast and so smooth.. Thank you so much Nurse TEE..I heard kids talking out in the waiting area.. they were saying" they didn't feel a thing. ..It's wonderful to have such a wonderful person like her so fast and accurate. No kids were crying Or scared. Wow, what a great experience. Thank you so much... Sutter ..For having a wonderful and kind person (Nurse TEE )..”

“I mistakenly walked into the new Quest across the street and tried to check in before realizing I wasn't at Labcorp. No caffeine and fasting and running late and never having been to this Labcorp, I wasn't paying attention. Quest had a waiting room that was packed. When I realized I was in the wrong place, I crossed the street and walked into the correct office. There was one other person waiting and one person seeking a drug screen that apparently is not a service this location provides. I was greeted by a young woman who told me how to check in. I then ran back out to the car and came right back, and they were ready for me. I also had a text indicating so. Another young woman escorted me into the drawing room where she effortlessly collected the routine sample. I was out of there in just a few minutes.”

“The people that work there were very nice and it was quick I thought I had an appointment but it didn't show up on the computer but they still got me in there 10 minutes later and I was out in a Flash. I'm definitely going back!!!”

“I have met all the field staff and each one if friendly, professional, helpful and very knowledgable about their profession. They are prompt at getting the job done and provide very fast results on their services. Also their office staff is wonderful to deal with on the phone - Rachel is awesome.”

“I've had my doctor in this practice for quite a while in an older building. However when they moved to this new building I love it so much more. A lot more parking. The parking spaces are actually made for normal and bigger size cars which was really nice. The practice have Offices on multiple floors. And the lab is much bigger. I'm so happy that my doctor moved over to this new medical Plaza. It makes going to the doctor so much more pleasant.”

“Every now and then this location is a bit crowded since it's a smaller space but I usually go during the latest appointment times. The staff are always friendly and get me in and out quickly.”

“Nicole was very good at her job. She was the only person working the reception and doing blood work, but yet she did her job perfectly. My mom had an appointment and normally she has an issue when getting her blood drawn, but Nicole make it quick and painless.*For all those who put 1-star reviews, clearly you are blind since there's short of staff and when it comes to scheduling, it's not possible for this location to accept walk-ins or consider serving walk-ins. Either make an effort to make an appointment online (making it easier for yourself and the staff) or schedule with another Quest that will accept walk-ins. When you choose to walk-in, you choose to wait several hours because the people who take the time to schedule an appointment are first priority in serving*”

“I came by appointment and was a little late, but they accepted me right away. Everyone was very polite. For the glucose test I had to do blood test 3 times and all of it were done by different employees, they were all very nice, they did everything quickly and efficiently.Usually one blood test makes me faint, but here everything was great, very gentle and all the staff always asked how I was feeling so even 3 tests didn't kick me off.”

“I liked how when my son was askin questions the man would answer them and not seem annoyed but more so to give knowledge to an inquiring mind. Took a star away cuz the set up sucks. Nobody at reception window to answer any questions when you walk in.”

“As a person who regularly faints when getting blood drawn, I am appreciative of my experience here this morning. My phlebotomists name was either Jessica or Jennifer, and after I told her that I'm prone to fainting with blood work, she had me lie down instead of sitting in the chair. She completed the draw very quickly and was friendly and not judgemental. I was in and out within 10 minutes of my appointment time. I will definitely return here for next year's labs.”

1.8 Poor30 Reviews

“Been coming here for all my blood draw needs. Never seems to have problem everyone is really nice and accommodating. It does get pretty busy and there can be a wait. Sometimes workers seem annoyed and I can understand why there is alot of foot traffic in this area and alot of diversity. Most non speaking English and needs assistance. And it can be difficult dealing with that daily.”
