I didn't do much haggling #1 because I'm horrible at it and #2 the price he gave me on a small sectional couch was GREAT. Cheaper than Ikea. One indecisive customer can really monopolize their attention but It looks like they have additional sales people out on the floor to help. Did my own pickup and delivery. Pick up was as promised on schedule and painless. Furniture was brand new in box and easy to assemble.”
