I appreciated the information I received regarding the differences between brands and styles of the mattress. The best part of all was the low pressure sales staff, Jeff. He invited me to return as often as I needed to make my decision and it only took one more to make my decision. I am pleased with my purchase and will recommend this company to others looking for a new mattress.

I can’t believe it’s been 5 years since my first purchase at Matthews mattresses. The welcoming and knowledgeable sales people continue to help me make the best mattress purchases.My parents love the adjustable queen bed we purchased for them last year. So this year it was finally time to replace my mattress and went straight to Matthews. They listened and provided the best mattress choices for me and within my price range. After one month I still love my Kristin Euro cooling mattress and I am completely satisfied with my choice.

Doug was a great stand up guy to deal with. He was not pushy and very knowledgeable about mattresses. We picked out a nice Tempur-Pedic of our liking. He gave us some gifts as well with our purchase. Very professional and all around great experience. Thanks We can't wait for our delivery. Update our mattress arrived from your stellar delivery crew. In and out in minutes and were very professional and took the old one as well. Thanks again. They have a 5 star rating for a reason.

Dana, the salesperson was very nice and welcoming. Even during a period of hardship with my Synchrony application, she was very persistent to get her computer program issues resolved and complete my application. When the mattress was delivered, the delivery workers cautioned to reorder an eastern king size to a cal king. Their advice was greatly appreciated. When the cal king was delivered, the workers were swift and quick. But, the cal king had issues that Jeff was quick to report to the district manager. Another cal king has been ordered due to the fast response from the district manager!

Needed to find a bed on short notice for a family member going into assisted living. Dana was very friendly and helpful. Found the right bed quickly and at great price. Delivery team was flexible on schedule and also very profession on set up.
