One benefit of membership is transfer credits. A new location mgr has not allowed stating the fine print of the contract doesn't allow. I also paid during COVID. I finally tried to cancel. I requested a PDF since they are not online. They emailed one completed by a prev client w/her confidential info. I completed in person 8/21/23, called to confirm 8/29/23. They deducted pymt 9/5/23. I called my CC Co to cancel. I realize they want people to buy membership but whats the difference? I pay the mo pmt, a transfer fee each time & maybe the person I'm gifting will enroll a membership. I was told I had 60 days to use my credits after cancellation processes. Confirmation was never sent so I called my CC Co to stop pmts. I confirmed my 4 remaining hrs & was told I had until 11/7/23. I made a 90 min massage appt in Natomas & a facial appt in *********. The massage therapists, *************** are great. Only the mgr in Natomas is very unprofessional. Hervey has been great for my massages! He always gave the perfect amount of pressure and helped my back pain so much ! I wish i wasn’t moving but if i wasn’t i would continue coming back to get seen by Hervey.

BE AWARE OF RIDICULOUS CANCELLATION POLICY!!!Called to reschedule/cancel an appt for my boyfriend that he had later that evening as he woke up with a fever.They said they would be charging me if they didn’t get the appointment rescheduled. So basically, I’m supposed to rely on their effort and others availability to get the appointment rescheduled for the same day?It is completely ridiculous that they expect their customers to know ahead of time if they are going to get sick. When I asked to speak to a manager, the lady on the phone says she is the manager and there was no was else I could speak to, how convenient!Makes absolutely no sense. This policy is putting their own therapists and other customers at risk as people will begin to just come in, regardless if they’re not feeling well as customers cannot even cancel their own appointment if they are not feeling well without the risk of getting charged! I understand that they need to pay their therapists but it’s absurd that they expect customers to predict sickness & are not valuing those who are doing the right thing by not coming in when they have symptoms.I have gone to this location for a little bit now and definitely will not return.

It's tough as once you find a therapist you like you need to book in advance. Massage Envy's business model is pretty restrictive. Unless you're able to book massages during day on a week day, appointments can be hard to acquire. If you accumulate too many sessions, you might find yourself overwhelmed trying to use them. Take advantage of their account freeze in order to catch up otherwise, you may have to cancel your account with an absorbent amount of credits lost/wasted. The front desk staff is helpful and friendly. Emileigh is awesome and does an amazing job.

I love it here! The front desk team is always so helpful and professional. They call me by name and have even gone above & beyond to call me when my therapist has extra openings! And, my 2 favorite therapists, Cynnea and Minerva are A-MAY- ZING! I appreciate the knowledge they provide when asking questions about my aches and pains. The overall experience is always pleasant and I appreciate the effort!

I have been coming to this massage envy for the past 2 years and love it! Staff is always so sweet & friendly. Emileigh is who i see on the regular for my massages and she's the BEST!! I have taken my husband and my mom to her (who is really picky) and we all love her. Love this location and all the people! Would highly recommend

Such a bad experience i had, just this week i went in, since i am new to the area to get some information regarding their services. From the moment i walked in, i noticed how extremely unprofessional the girl with glasses up front was, she was wrapped around with a blanket which made me wonder if those are the same ones they use on PAYING CUSTOMERS which is truly disgusting that she is just sitting there with that, not to mention she had those airpods that i see people at the gym use. You would think that a Massage place for relaxation would be extremely professional, dressed great, she didn't even have a name tag so there is no way i could report this behavior to corporate. On top of this the prices are outrageous, i was told $120 for a massage... i simply said thank you and went over to the lovely Massage Heights a completely different experience, staff was so attentive, dressed professional with no blankets either. I dropped good money and got a great massage from the lovely Jessica! I will be going back to Massage Heights with the brand new membership i bought! Sorry not sorry massage envy natomas.. you just lost a potential client, i will be going down to the midtown location as well to get input on this situation, and hopefully make my way to corporate over the this, blankets while trying to sell me on a massage isn't the best way to do so and is just disgusting if those are the ones that are used on those poor clients...

A wonderful experience and more affordable than other luxury spas. I had Emily and my husband had Delilah. They fit us in last minute and I'm so glad because we both were having some pains and we left feeling much better! We would recommend them both. They were great.

I've been going to this Massage Envy for a few months now. Online scheduling is easy and the prices are awesome with the membership. Everything is clean, the employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and the massages themselves are amazing! Shout out to my massage therapist, Stephanie, who is always getting those knots out so I feel amazing when she's done, educating me on why things might be hurting and how to make it better, and being so great to chat with
