This massage place falls short in several key areas. The quality of massages being completed by novices is concerning. They have a tendency to cancel last minute and lack empathy for the inconvenience caused even though they call you to confirm Locking customers into contracts without the option to leave is also problematic. Additionally, the lack of responsiveness and professionalism from the manager and staff further exacerbates the negative experience. Overall Massage Envy fails to provide satisfactory service and customer care, despite marketing themselves as a premium massage provider.

Make appointment Tuesday at 6 PM for Wednesday at 12:30 PM. The receptionist tell me: cancel appointment before 24 hours or lost my money. When I arrived, wednesday at 12:25, Massage Envy was canceled my appointment just two hours before. This company pay me for my time lost? What is the rules? Only we have consequences?

Second time I’ve tried this location and both times 60 minutes actually means 45 min. I was not late either time

Unfortunately my overall experience with this location has been extremely poor. First, I requested a certain pressure level, which I was not given. From the time I entered the massage room to the time i had got into my car after paying and talking for a few moments with the front desk I had only been there for a total of 45 mins. I had paid for a full hour. I tried on multiple occasions to speak with someone (via phone and email) and I just keep getting the same message of " I will take your name down and someone will call you back". Disappointing.

I had never gotten a massage, but was so grateful to Christe G for making me feel comfortable and being so informative. I absolutely loved the massage! I hadn't considered getting another massage since I had just been given a gift card, but after having Christe as a masseuse, I'm definitely considering getting a membership. She is wonderful and I highly recommend her!

Today I will be canceling my membership of more than 8 years due to this location and a Misunderstanding of dates. I love the therapists but the front desk and the mgmts choice to charge me today will end the relationship. In truth it was my fault I agreed to an appointment 45 min from the text that went out to fill a spot but I’ve been in retail long enough to know keeping the customer is better than $100. Congrats ME.

I had a massage done by amy. She was good but I could tell her mind was not fully on the massage. She kept doing one side more than the other. The massage said feet but she never got to the feet. She was good though. I tipped her 18%

Do not EVER sign up for the MONTHLY MASSAGE!!!! Its a fu*king SCAM!!! They won't let you cancel your account. They will tell you that they need their manger to "call you back" and NEVER DO!!! At this point I'm about ready to contact the others that this has happened to and start a class action law suit against this this POS business!!! I'm pissed off

True to form.. they cancelled couples massage the day of. My husband bday massage today at 330, they called to cancel. Just like previous reviews stated. So glad I made backup reservations somewhere else.

The sweetest workers there, but special shout-out to Ron (masseuse) and Alex (facial expert) because you two are the absolute best and I never want to go anywhere else. Affordable, great customer service, and knowledgeable people there to help you.

I signed up for monthly massages after a great massage... that was pre-pandemic and three years ago.. since then despite numerous attempts at this location and others I have not been able to schedule anything. They are too busy and booking four weeks out at best... again, not just this location but all locations I've called. In the meantime the cost has gone up more than 30% and my allowances for massages keeps increasing since I can't book anything at any location. I've tried to cancel the subscription more times than I can count and they will not discontinue. I've spent more than $1,000 and can't stop it. When I try to call, They tell me only a manger can deal with it and the managers are always too busy. And no return calls.... Save yourself and your money and DO NOT sign up for the monthly massage! What I thought would be a relaxing treat for myself one a month has drained my bank account and brought more stress!

Just had my first massage experience here and my massage therapist was Evelyn. She was amazing: super nice, accommodating and she really put some work into my back, neck, shoulders, and arms. I usually only get 2 massages a year but let me tell you, Evelyn's massage was perhaps one of the best massages I have ever received. There were many unique techniques she used and I felt like she really listened to what I said I wanted and I appreciated that. I already really appreciated Lauren's help at the front desk. She explained the process clearly and was nice from the start.

Its been a while since I've been here. Money is tight and I can't afford to get massages on a regular basis but when I do it's always amazing. The staff here is always polite and smiling. The therapist are always very professional and know what they are doing.
