Awesome experience. We had a long over due need for updated flooring. A neighbor of ours recommended Mike at Marsh's Carpet. Best decision we ever made in our home renovation project. Mike was unbelievably helpful, and patient. I lost count on how many times I popped into the shop to look at flooring. Mike came out to our home with samples and to measure. He suggested a Rigid Core Waterproof plank in Azores Sand. It was perfect and way below what we had expected to pay for such quality. Being in business so long it's no doubt he knows his flooring and the trends. When it came the installation - his crew were beyond excellent. On time, professional and were craftsman. It was a pleasure to have them in our home. My only hope is we have another house that needs some updating so we can call Mike again to do his magic.

I had a great experience replacing carpet with Marsh's. Paul helped me and made the process so easy. He listened to what I wanted (light in color yet durable enough for young kids & dogs) and helped me narrow down my options accordingly. Paul was super patient and never pushy at all. I also really appreciate that he helped me save money by suggesting I look at a type that comes in a larger than normal cut, thereby saving me from having to purchase two separate pieces for my family room. The employees who installed it took their time doing a nice job. The carpet feels and looks great. And it's already proving to be durable - my dogs were sure to track in some dirt right away but it came right up with a vacuum. I'm very pleased with the whole experience.

I called for an estimate a few weeks ago. The rep didn't show up and when I called to inquire as to why, I spoke with a guy who said he had no idea why no one called me and that he was just answering the phones as he was only at the store to accept deliveries. He didn't think to apologize nor to ask for my name; I had to offer it to him along with my number. He stated no one was in the office because the spouse of 1 of the employees tested positive and so the staff were all home til the results came in. I was told I would receive a call later in the week and never did. That was 2 weeks ago!

I've never had a better exsperiance buying carpet before... even had a gentleman come out of the wood works from the back to make sure he showed me everything that may fit my needs. I seldomly buy from the first place I enter, but when it's right right... thanks marshes carpet I'll be back...

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. Mike and Paul have been awesome. We have purchased luxury vinyl planks here multiple times over the last few years and we can ALWAYS depend on great customer service and a wide selection. Their installers are also off the charts! Meticulous attention to detail which is exactly what we wanted. All involved were great at communicating every step of the way and perhaps what I appreciate most is they are all great listeners! We will be back and won't stop recommending Marsh's Carpet.
