Good selection. Some stuff like shoes a little pricey...24.99 for flip flops seems a bit high, not many shoes in sizes 6.5 and lower. For some items compare at price and their price is only 15% off ...but lots of clearance. Kitchen items, organizer stuff, Toys, a wide selection of summer accessories...outdoor games, coolers and dishware picnic items. Summer clothing etc. Worth checking out.

Tonight, on May 6, 2024, I shopped from 7 PM to 10 minutes 'til closing time. I love Marshall's so I take a long time shopping. This was my first time at this location and I left feeling uncomfortable and hurt because the employees assumed that I was stealing. Yes, I walk all around the store, back and forth to the same areas, inspecting the items and reading ingredient labels before I put them back or in my cart. I eventually have a cart full of merchandise that I am confident in buying by the end of my spree. Additionally, tonight my cart did not have anything of high value. When I got to the reigster, I heard the cashier page her employer whispering, "She came empty handed" which was referring to me as I was the last 2 customers and I only came with my credit card in my pocket. The other lady guarding the door barely wanted to bid me goodnight. I did not confront the workers about it because it was not apparent until I got to my car. Anyways, I don't know what I did or if it is the way I look that makes me look suspicious, but I paid for all my items. It just saddens me because I am a loyal customer to Marshall's, but I won't let this ruin the retailer for me. I hope the employees get trained on competency and social awareness.

It's a Marshalls, it's what you would expect. The line here is almost always incredibly long though. I don't know if it's that the cashiers are slow or that the customer aren't paying attention. The staff are all friendly. Store is clean.

Marshalls store in the Green Haven/Pocket area is one of the oldest Marshalls stores in Sacramento. But they still maintain the store very well and keep good inventories in this store.
The store is clean and pretty well organized. They seem to have more items in stock than most of the Marshalls/TJ Maxx stores I visited recently. The checkout line is moving quickly, and the cashiers are friendly.

Friendly staff, well organized (as much as it can be), but long lines on the weekend, be prepared to wait. Or just shop on a weekday, it’s quiet. :)

I needed to use the bathroom, the door is always locked so you gotta push a button. The staff office is right next to it. I was waiting for help for almost 20 mins and i could hear staff laughing and no one came out. I had to go find someone on the floor. These bathrooms are always insanely disgusting, the smell is insane. Im not one bit surprised that those staff never clean it. Their behavior reflects their work ethic
