Mat! I went there feeling really ill but you certainly put me at ease! My experience has been questionable due to observing questionable procedures! hands down you did what you said and dig into the underlying problems! as you can see I'm not driving too much but I absolutely love my 2020 Subaru Outback touring model! I've many card but hands down this is #2! but more importantly you took control and brought my baby back to life. I'll never postpone having a battery replaced especially since none of us know how to work one! My grandkids and kids are all so happy! thank you a million times! you are an asset to Maita Subaru! thanks! Myruim R., MSW

Awesome parts department that has had the parts I needed more than once. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Check out their well-stocked Subaru swag section, they have all kinds of cool goodies to trick out your lifestyle and car.

Having car troubles. That freakin stinks. But that's not their fault. They're taking great care of me. Very friendly. Quick assistance. Patient and reasonable. This location is large and has a lot of amenities. If you have a Subaru car, bring it in here! They know what they're doing.

this place saved my car. i needed a catalytic converter the local dealer wanted $1000 more for the part than was listed on the website.... worth more than the car. i got ahold of these guys at Maita subaru and they got me the same dealer part not for $4800 that the local dealership wanted but $2500 instead. Needless to say i'm very happy satisfied and pleased with the service i got. The parts department even reached out to me to make sure the part was correct prior to shipping.

I ran over a truck tire with rim and wrecked the drivers' side wheel, strut, etc. I spoke with Jacob and he was very friendly, professional and efficient . My Nationwide dealer was able to coordinate the repairs needed with Jacob seamlessly. I had my car back very quickly. Some of the referrals given to me were 2-4 weeks out. My repair is guaranteed for 1 year, and I believe any alignment, unusual tire wear, other problems from this would show up in that time. Thank you Jacob and Subaru. I will be using your company for my Subaru from now on.
