Wish I read the reviews here before coming. Everyone who says the costumer service sucks is correct. The manager is probably the rudest manager I have ever dealt with in my life. They weren't working with me to return a product because the serial numbers didn't match up (not my fault they sold me a product with different serial numbers). When asked to deal with the manager, she came out annoyed and checked her watch 3 times. Told us she couldn't do anything and to go to the original store we bought it so they can check the cameras. She proceeded to say I was acting like a bitch, very nice as a manager. Went to the one in Folsom and they said "yeah some items don't have matching serial numbers" and immediately gave me a refund zero questions asked. I will never ever ever go back to this Best Buy and will drive the extra miles to go to Folsom a million times over again. I hope this persuades at least one person to never step foot into this location unless you want to be treated like trash.

Associates weren't helpful. Really bad customer service here and on top of that the associates for loading up product were very rude and sarcastic. Wouldn't recommend coming to this location.

Do NOT.. I repeat DO NOT take your laptop here for repair. Geek squad here is a joke. I was having battery issue (only) and could use my laptop as long as my battery was plugged in but not without it. I was told that laptop is sent out via UPS to Kentucky??? That's BS.. the UPS label was created and nothing was ever sent out because I tracked and contacted UPS and they couldn't locate anything. I called Geeksquad to find out whatvwas going on and they assured me 4 days later that my laptop was on its way to Kentucky?? Yeah right. Anyhow I get a call a few days later.. oh, gotta replace motherboard. What? Why? My battery has something to do with it, but fine, take care of ot, please make sure my data is saved. They reassured me that nothing would happen to my data.. told me the charge for replacing would be over 180, fine. About a week later it is ready for pick up from Kentucky??? I head down to get and the gentleman who checked me in the first time went back to grab my laptop and it was not in a box, but opened and had scratches all over the top, my bf noticed also. WTF, now I'm upset. So I ask, does it turn on now without the charger connected? He turned it on and yes, it lit up but with a bit locker screen. It was locked out. He then said it would be connected to my Microsoft account which I did not have access to because it was an older laptop connected to my old email and old number. Sh@! Really!!! You guys locked my laptop or triggered it. If you changed the motherboard why didn't you change the configurations idiots!!! So pissed. He said sorry nothing I can do, zero explanation about scratches as well and then told mew only way was to wipe everything off my existing hard drive and lose all my DATA!! What exactly did I tell these fools from the beginning!!! And here I am now.. a useless laptop with all my old work files and current docs that I can no longer have access to and have to clear myself. The total was over 200 a loss.. I honestly think work is done there, hence the scratches and mediocre work done. Don't take your laptop here. Go elsewhere.

Rude associates and managers. I'll never shop here for any products for as long as I live and hope I can persuade at least one person in my life to never buy at any of the Best Buy's. I returned a camera and apparently they have a restocking fee of 15%. Yeah, I could have just bought it from Amazon for same price and returned it for free. Longer return dates too! Anyway, the manager on this evening said I'm sorry but I can't do anything since I signed saying I agreed to the restocking fee. I was like I never agreed to that! Never shopping at Best Buy again and I advise you to not either, now I know why it's always empty there. Go buy on Amazon or even Walmart/target instead and at least you'll have less headaches. I do not recommend this or any Best Buy. Just one last thing the manager said is that they would not have charged me a restocking fee if I hadn't opened it, but how am I supposed to know if it's something that I like if I can't open it and test it. Terrible business practice. Also the only way I knew about the restocking fee was because I looked at receipt in my vehicle after return and saw it on there. Not once was I ever asked about any restocking fee throughout the process until I complained after.

Went in today with my son to get an Ipad for college. Alejandro took the time to listen to my son and find the perfect Ipad for his needs. Please hire more employees like Alejandro, he went above and beyond w/ customer service today. Kudos for customer service, great charisma, no upsell BS, just great knowledge of the product. Ty!!

Excellent sales staff no pressure. Needed to return. An item. Had absolutely no issue. Manager was very kind and helped out tremendously. You can't go wrong.

There is a store with such bad service in America. I bought a TV at this store. I order online. Due to their system failure, 1 order becomes 2 orders. And the staff they gave me 2 TVs. When they arrived I was at home and I told them I only received 1 TV and returned 1. But their staff refused to bring the TV back, they lied to me that 30 minutes later someone from the company would call. me and they'll bring the TV. TV is back. but I can't see it. I called and they said to wait for this person to resolve but I waited forever but no one said anything. Damn bastards. And I hung up the phone. Now I have to rent a car to pay Best Buy this TV in Bestbuy Elk Grove

Stupid concept. You can't look at anything without a store employee with keys, and there aren't any employees. Except the cell phone sales reps. They'll sell you a 2 year service contract if you came in for a $20 power cord that was locked in a case like the Crown Jewels. You're supposed to order it on their website and drive here to pick it up. Like a slow expensive Amazon that doesn't deliver. Stupid. An employee just came it out of the back and saw me! That's going to be two more weeks of winter?

Trust is a big deal with me and I have a great deal of trust in the service provided by Geek Squad in Natomas. I have been a Total Tech member with Geek Squad for less than two months and the service has more than paid for itself. Not so much in the cost of repairs (which is has), but more in the excellent customer service and advice given. Logan, Vaughn, Caleb, have been incredibly helpful and not only take the time needed to ask questions and learn what you're really desiring, but also make honest recommendations on how best to fix/improve your machine. They should be proud of the teamwork exhibited and Best Buy is lucky to have these guys on board.

My wife and I purchased a refrigerator on Sunday, Dec 4, 2022 that was on sale at the Natomas Best Buy. We were in dire need of a new refrigerator because ours was no longer cooling. We found one that was on sale. Unfortunately, they had none in stock. We asked the sales person what was are options. The sales person said we could purchase the refrigerator and have it delivered in 2 days to our home. We opted for that route. We purchased the refrigerator and waited. It was suppose to be delivered on Tuesday, December 6, 2022. We waited at home all day and then later in the afternoon we received a message stating the delivery is delayed and may not arrive until Dec 7-10. My wife called the manager, Austin, of Natomas Best Buy and said he could not do anything to help. In the mean time we are without a refrigerator that was promised to us on Dec 6, 2022. We are so disappointed with the customer service at the Natomas Best Buy. Still waiting for our refrigerator to be delivered

This place needs a major upgrade on they store and customer service! We went in looking for a 75inch tv stand and saw online they had a few in stock. Entering into Best Buy, to the right there is the entertainment tv center and man oh man it had some nice tv stands! But where the hell is the damn price tag?!? We asked the worker and of course he didn't know. Like, who the hell is training these guys or running this place? He asked on the walk-in talkie if anyone knew the price, nope! Don't you guys want to make money? How you guys have products with no price & no worker who knows the damn price? Unless these workers are just lazy! But they didn't have no price tags on a lot of products, and funny thing there was price tags marked on nothing! Customer service, dude needs to have more patience and more positive attitude towards customers. Definitely need to hire more workers too!
