Went here today at 540pm walk in a d 2 girls standing around talking and joking around never once said nothing to me no acknowledge at all no welcome in so I will never come here again bad Customer service and they need to not be working there shame on them they lost Customer

Great customer service from Melissa. She was professional, color matched me and found the perfect under eye concealer in minutes and the first color she tried matched perfectly. Thank you so much Melissa I hadn't even planned on checking Mac I usually order something else but now I switched to whatever one Melissa just sold to me and I love it. Thanks again, Mac you should give Melissa a raise!

Mac lipsticks have ripped enough money off of me. Color's are beautiful but never ever last. You're constantly reapplying which makes you run out faster which is they're plan. They'll never take advantage of me again.. shopping elsewhere. Arden mall Mac is also unfriendly to their customers.

The workers here lack customer service skills especially the girl at the register. I would recommend finding another store to patronize for a better experience.

Quite possibly the nicest Mac in-store experience I had in years. I had to get a color matched and Liz graciously helped me find my winter tones ever so quickly.This store is conveniently located by the BJ's entrance and the employee who picked up the phone was helpful with directions.We are not from the area but the experience was so pleasant in comparison to the location I'm used to going to. I just order online now because of how difficult it's been at my regular location I go to! Wish we were closer to this one just for the excellent customer service. Thanks Liz for being so helpful!

If I have a choice, I would give them a negative 5. I made an appointment for eyes and lips. Staff did not know my appointment, and basically they did not want to do it, even the store has only me and one more group of customer. The store finally assign a staff to me. She told me to pick lipsticks and put them on by myself. I thought why, and I asked her to do it. Then she could not give me any advice because "everything looks great.!" That is not true. I wasted my time off to come to the store for advice, but what I got was NOTHING. In addition, I questioned if the used lipsticks were clean as she took some tissues and clean them very quickly like a joke. Ugh! I bet they are not clean at all. I will never waste my time to shop this place while I have other better choices. You should do the same thing. Go somewhere else that businesses value and care for their customers.

Terrible customer service. Stopped in today for a lipstick. Staff seemed more concerned with socializing amongst themselves. Then why I attempted to explain what I wanted and was looking for, staff seemed agitated. First time I've ever received this type of customer service at a mac store. Last time I'll visit this location. Unfortunate.

Horrible Experience- I spent over $500 here so I asked the employee to put it towards my Mac rewards program for points. But instead she used it for her own! I never got those points added to me! Sad you can't trust any employees nowadays!

I love love love love me some Mac Cosmetics. I'm actually late to this party, cause almost all women know Mac Cosmetics are fantastic. I was stubborn to try, sometimes I don't like to follow the crowd. Well, now I'm in with the crowd on this one. I discovered Mac Cosmetics when I purchased a bottle of their Fix It spray. The Fix It spray, whoever invented this product knew exactly what I needed. The Fix It spray can and should be used before putting your makeup on, to get your face ready for cosmetics; and then after, to set your make-up. I'm telling you, I love the Fix It spray. I used it constantly, even when I've just washed my face and don't plan to add any makeup because its that good at moisturizing your skin. I also tried their mascara and eye brow pencil. I fell in love with both. So naturally, I had to visit my local Mac Cosmetics at Arden Mall and pick up some eye shadow. I just love the eye shadow; mascara; and eye brow makeup. Combined with the Fix It spray, my makeup was slaying it. This weekend I went back and bought another bottle of Fix It, an entire eye shadow palette; and some concealer cream. I promise you, I already have my list building for I'll buy next. Mac Cosmetics will give you a super great discount on your purchase when you sign up for their rewards program. Of course I signed up; I'm gonna need all the rewards I can get for this new beautiful and fun habit. I highly recommend the Arden Mac Cosmetics!!!!
