Literally walked in .. no one talked to me because they were all in the back talking about some situation . They're voices carried through the whole store, cussing and didn't care at all. There was a good amount of people in the store and no one was helping or checking up on anyone .

Very cute clothing and the prices aren't bad either. Lots to choose from too and considering the amount of people coming and going, the store is pretty well kept. The quality of the clothes isn't amazing but considering the prices and the fact that it's not like I'll wear the same piece every single day, I think its fine. Customer service is where this store really falls short. The ladies here think this store is in Rodeo drive and that they sell Prada or something. Hahaha! Get with the program ladies, it's no name brand in Sacramento. Be nice, be alert, be present. The lady at the register seemed like her mind was somewhere far far away and her body was at the register on auto pilot. I usually have good experiences wherever I go and I love talking about them but when customer service isn't present, I'm definitely going to say something too.

If only I can give 0 stars. One of the worst customer service ever! I went in to buy a pair of shoes because I need something cheap. I wanted a size 7 and they gave me a size 8 shoe! I can't return it because its final sale! I'm so annoyed now I have a pair of shoes that I won't be able to wear! Also before I was going to purchase they had no one at the cash rack and I was standing there for 5 minutes looking for a worker. Horrible customer service!

I have never been more happy to see a place shut its doors for good. I have been in here a hand full of times and I never get any customer service or help picking anything out. The place is extremely dis organized and the clothes are cheap and look like they are going to rip at any time. I actually ought something here and threw it in the washing machine, the next day it ripped. It was a giant disappointment..

I'm glad I saw they are finally closing. I bought clothes online last year and THEY NEVER SENT THEM. I had to call customer service finally to get a refund, which was a horrible experience. The girl, I say that cause that is how she acted, blamed ME for not receiving my stuff. Honey, just do your job. Clearly I wasn't the only one wronged by them.

So I think this place is closing soon? I came here a few weeks ago and they had a major closing sale and everything in the store had discounts. As a clothing store, I would say think Forever 21 but a little bit cheaper. The clothes are more flashy and maybe for a last minute clubbing attire for college students, but the price is pretty decent. I've been here before they put up the closing ordeal and it is just as messy and hectic looking, and it's not entirely the employee's fault. Most customers here do some major rummage on all the clothes and when everything is flipping everywhere, it just becomes a mess to shop through. I personally like the store at Galleria Mall a lot more than this one because I can buy some stuff there once in awhile. As for this place, even with all the sales. I couldn't even bother to look because it's too much like a war zone.

The customer service is laughable. The last time I went in there, there was ONE GIRL working the entire store and one other girl working the fitting room. I waited at the counter for almost 10 minutes, standing there looking like a fool with items I probably didn't need in my hand to buy, waiting for the one girl to finish helping someone else find something. Where are the other employees? Where are the managers? Horrible. I do love the clothes, so there ya go. Will return for the clothes and prepare for zero service.

Came here while I was in the Sacramento area to check it out. It's similar to F21-trendy and affordable clothes. This store is small with a limited selection. Staff was doing their own thing and stayed out of my way. I did find a nice bag and a floral summer dress. The dressing room is nice with a good sized waiting area. The staff at the dressing room was friendly. I was a little disappointed in the selection, thought that they would have more things. But all in all, it was okay.

Clothes are very hit or miss, but what do you expect for a place that sells $6 skirts? I got a full (one-wear) outfit for $20, which was nice. The saleswoman forgot to take off the security buttons before she bagged them, which was not very nice. Luckily the saleslady at pacsun told me why I was beeping or I could have driven all the way back to davis before figuring it out.

Good for clubbing clothes or sleepwear. Their purses are super cute. Necklaces aren't as cute or well-made as F21's, but occasionally there will be a few pieces that stand out and that you can't really find elsewhere. Things are very well organized. You can actually see what you are about to browse from a mile away. Unlike at F21 where you have to dig through racks stuffed full of clothes. Browsing here at Love Culture isn't as frustrating and overwhelming as its downstairs neighbor. Don't expect the clothing to last. Sometimes there will be pieces that are well-made and that look like they will hold up, but for the most part the clothes are cheaply made. Jeans are surprisingly cute and better quality than F21. Pricier, but better material and flattering on the body.
