Anything to do with insurance is typically not pleasant. But if Lori is your agent you will have the most excellent, caring, and cheerful assistance with your insurance needs. Unlike other agents, Lori is not aggressive in trying to sell you additional products, but will advise you as to what is available to meet your insurance needs. She is also a strong advocate and liaison for you when you have to deal with State Farm. After having some pretty lousy and indifferent agents in the past, Lori is a breath of fresh air and leaves you confident that you have an agent who is in your corner. I would not hesitate to recommend Lori to friends, family or anyone who is seeking a top notched, experienced insurance agent!! A++++
