Sky Libby was who I communicated with for my disability claim. She was my Claims Examiner. She was little to help. At times we spoke over the phone, she spoke as if she didn’t really want to help when I had questions about my claim and what to expect, etc. She wasn’t detailed at all about the disability insurance and sounded like she didn’t care what I had to say anytime I would speak. I provided information she needed for my case, and was very curious what else I can do to speed the process, but she was very hard to reach via phone or email. She wouldn’t answer many of my calls, and she would return my calls 3-5 days later. Her attitude and hospitality skills are way below par. I would never recommend her to any other person seeking help/assistance with Lincoln Financial disability accommodation. If you are assigned Sky Libby as an agent/Claims Examiner to assist you, good luck! Ask for a different “C.E.” if you can because she will be little to no help for you! If you can’t do that, then I suggest you not ever speak to her over the phone and get every communication done through email instead to save the headache and stress from her.

Horrible customer service. Trying to take a disbursement from my account. It has now been over 3 weeks to receive money. I am told it should be another 10 days. I have never had these issues with other financial companies. I will need to close my account and move to a different company when this is finally complete.

My husband and I have been using Lincoln Financial for over 20 years. Thanks to their advice, we were able to put a little away monthly and have saved a lot of money including a 529 plan for our daughter. Briggs Matsko, and now Frank Cockrell have given us excellent advice which caused our smallish investment to grow significantly! Very grateful to this company and I would (and have) recommend them to anyone. Also, we have experienced excellent customer service.

Customer Service is a 3rd party and they don't know anything, LTC payments are wrong or not at all, if you get a LTC you will need to stay on top of the company if you want your money, that is the funny thing LTC once you have paid in it is your, however, they don't make you feel that way. Honestly, I would suggest to go somewhere else for Long Term Care.

Lincoln financial group is a scam company. They refused my wife's short term disability claim because she's so disabled that she attempted suicide. Imagine being so disabled that they refuse to pay a claim.
