Terrible experience here. I was looking for a lightbulb and ballast for a beer sign and came here last week. They didn't have it but said they would order it. I thought it odd at the time that they did not take my name or phone number but they told me to call back this week. I called back today and was treated so rudely by the guy who answered the phone who said they didn't have it and wouldn't confirm it was ordered? He acted like he didn't want my business and quite honestly I wouldn't go there now, even if they did have it. The building is old and rundown...they look like they're barely hanging on. With that kind of attitude, I'm not surprised.

Wasted a trip because they close earlier than posted hours. Disrespectful to clients time. Others were trying to buy products and checking the door as well. In this day and age with the internet you would think small businesses like this would be trying to make every sale they can.

Staff is always very helpful. They make trying to find the right lightbulb a breeze. They have even special ordered lightbulbs for my very old fifth wheel and called me as soon as they were in. The store is not fancy, and the showroom could use some reorganization, but they have a good variety of lamps and accessories in addition to light bulbs.
