I was in the market for a daily commuter and saw the vehicle was available here. The process was fast, the sales agent Grace provided more information when asked of the vehicle. I ended up purchasing the vehicle using their online service partners driveway. The vehicle for its age was in great condition and passed a pre purchase inspection. Overall, great experience. Will make the drive back, when it’s time to upgrade my vehicles in the future.

The salesman, Raz, was accommodating and answered all my questions. Very friendly and personable. However, this dealership does not negotiate with used cars, however, I was able to get them to work with me a little.

As a Jerry Reynolds Used Car Pro Buyer just over 2 years ago we had an awesome 5 Star no pressure smooth buying experience.
BUT since their Phone Service whether for the Salesman or Service is terrible! No one answers the phone nor ever returns messages.
No one helped us set up the Anti Theft we paid almost $1k for to date!
They included nothing on the Extended Warranty we purchased on what it covers.
We went from a thrilled happy Client, to a very disappointed Jerry Reynolds Car Pro Used Car Buyer for a very expensive purchase!
Took our money happily, but has ghosted since.
Incredibly frustrating! ?

Please do not buy a car from Lexus of Sacramento!! I would give them 0 stars, if I could!! They have no integrity. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! They must have an incentive program which encourages their staff to sell unnecessary products and/or services to unsuspecting customers. I encountered at least 4 different employees who were dishonest with me! One employee tried to sell me a free service for $800 in April 2024. In June 2024, I took my car in for that very same free service, and while it was there, I got a phone call from another dishonest employee telling me that one of my tires had a puncture (not true), it was on the sidewall (not true), it had a slow leak (not true), and that the tire could not be fixed (not true). The reason I know that none of what they told me was true is because I asked for my old tire. It was fine!!! I asked two AAA guys to examine it, and they both told me that it was fine and that Lexus had lied to me!! One said I had been "played" by Lexus!! The Lexus employees claimed they had a video of a slow leak, but they all refused to show it to me. The owner also refused to show it to me. Please, please do not do business with this company!! One of the employees also did damage to the paint on the outside of the car, while it was in the shop. This was after they had been caught in their lies about the tire. The paint damage looked very deliberate - not a typical scuff or scratch. It looked like it had been DRAWN onto my car. This indicates petty vindictiveness - probably by the person who was caught in dishonesty. The general manager and the owner do not care at all that this behavior is going on in their company. Please, please do not do business with Lexus of Sacramento!!

I wouldn't buy any parts from here. They adjust their list price higher than regular list price depending on if they like u or not. That's just bad business Walt from lexus.

Very disappointed in their service..they and Driveway..sold a car to me out of state and gave me one week to test drive it but wasn’t able to get me temporary tags and now how am I supposed to test drive the vehicle within a week with no temporary tags???very poor service..now have the car sitting in the house and unable to move it and after one week have to accept/reject the car without test driving it…poor service
