“Honestly, I only came in to do laundry here because my on-site apartment complex washing and drying machines were unavailable and because I had to wash a large comforter. I came in with the mindset to wash my bedsheets, pillowcases, comforter and a couple plushies. The end result is that I got what I wanted done. Environment/Ambience: CLEAN! When I walked in, I noticed just how clean, tidy and orderly everything was. It wasn't super complex to figure out what's what and where's where. When I came in, the staff was sweeping and wiping down the machines. That was a great first impression. I can trust using this place for future loads if needed! Staff: Friendly and supportive! They helped me when I looked lost on how to use the machines or where to put the detergent. Honestly the machines were easy to figure out, I was just flabbergasted LOL They're very friendly, chill, and helpful! Machines: Orderly and organized. Clean and tidy. They have different levels of sizes of how many loads you want to put in. All very updated and modernized. Dryers as well! Dryers, actually, are fast and efficient. My biggest problem with laundromats where I grew up in was that it took forever to dry my comforter and sheets (before I learned they have to often clean the dryer, both its lint compartment and elsewhere in the building). The dryer took me only 15-20 minutes just to dry my comforter in high temp. Efficient! For the plushies, they even have delicate settings on the machines, my plushies came out unharmed :) Pricing: ranges from $4.75-$6.75 for washing machines. It was a little pricey, but honestly worth if you have large loads! OVERALL/TL;DR: Everything is great! No real flaws, except maybe parking but even then they have designated parking for them. Would come back again for large loads!”

“First time at this Love Laundry location. Pretty busy at this time that I am here - 2PM on Sunday. I will say it is a nice a big location, but not as clean as the Citrus Heights Citrus Heights location.Biggest load washer is 8 loads. No 10 loaders”

“I bought a USED satin sports team jacket off of EBay that had some stains on it. All of the patches and the collar were dirty and needed some work. The owner not only got out the stains throughout the jacket and the patches but he also got out all the wear marks on the elbows I thought were permanent. The jacket looks brand new and I couldn't be happier! Only cost me $15. I will be a return customer! Thank you so much #1 Cleaners”

“Great place with affordable prices, free dry as well for certain days ( Tues-Fri), only 4 out of 16 machines are free on those days so with patience you can save some money. There’s thrifting store and ice cream donut next door to kill some time while waiting! They have carts and sells tide pod and bleach if you don’t bring your own ( it’s affordable). There is coins machine if you need to covert from bills to coins but they do have card systems so you can use your card as well so use whatever you comfortable with! It’s clean and well maintained inside, employees keep on cleaning and sweeping to make the place shines. There are plenty benches and metal chairs to sit and wait!”

“My wife usually does laundry, but our clothes washer at home broke.I walked into the Laundry Co, not knowing the difference between a washer and a dryer. I looked confused. A gentleman who works there (maybe the owner?) came to help me right away. He was very kind. He showed me how to use the washer. I was thankful for his assistance. After starting my laundry, he even returned to make sure I was doing okay with adding my fabric softener.The Laundry Co is clean and well lit. They have security cameras, too. I felt welcomed and safe.I highly recommend the Laundry Co.”

“I’ve been coming to this laundromat for 7 full months now, twice a month. If there are any issues, they are solved immediately. The only issues I’ve had are with other customers (never the owner or employees). Other customers keep mistaking my laundry for theirs and touch my machines. It helps that the owners and employees are bilingual so that they could deescalate situations. I enjoy doing laundry here. I love the washing machine water pressure, the prices climb with inflation but are worth it here. They keep the place clean, and they’re the only place in this area that takes Apple Pay or Zelle when I don’t have cash on me.”

“Swansons has thought of everything! They can pick up AND deliver for NO extra charge. They provide bags that include little labels that remind me how to request a pick up. They offered me a door hanger in case I’m not home when they deliver. They send text messages to alert me when a delivery has been made.They really pay attention to the details. So glad they are still around as dry cleaners are getting hard to find.I highly recommend them.”

“A quiet older couple that I have been told has been in this location for years and years. All my coworkers and I have been using their services for years. Repairs, cleaning, whatever you need. All good so far. They do a really good job. They do write your name in the inside of your shirt but it's not visible. Prices are relatively stable, no random unexplainable charges or anything.”
