Staff is polite and friendly, maintenance does a good job. The complex is well tended too every day. The light rail is literally right outside which is super convenient! There is alot to do in the neighborhood! All around 5 stars!

I have been living here little over a year. Love the neighbors, for the most part it's pretty quite. Love the staffs, if there's any problems as far as a fixer upper, they're on it.

The other 4 reviews are obviously fake. I've lived in these apartments for over 5 years and i can't even get mail delivered here because of all the THIEVES that live here. My Expensive bike was stolen a few months ago too and shocker the management has done NOTHING To help. I got the run around about not being able to view the security camera footage. How convenient. Do you want to hear homeless maniacs screaming in the streets all night while the train screeches by? Then keep looking. I would NEVER recommend this place.

Management staff is very polite and helpful. Its a shame the area is full of homeless people, this complex is otherwise very nice.
