I am not experienced with nails, I had a full set done in February, I wasn’t thrilled with the finished look, I didn’t know better. I’ve gone back at least 3 more times and still am not getting thrilling results for the price, I am now having to seek a different nail salon, hopefully it will be up to date on fashionable looks, another wish of mine is if they could speak English and be friendly.

Requested style: I have visited this salon few times over the problem is that they do not listen to their customers wants or needs or asking advise ?it is like a cattle call: pick the color pick the color no questions are welcomed asking a help is impossible they don’t care they get annoyed- when I asked the advice that I don’t want certain look and what would help me not to get that - they didnt care . I got the look I was trying to avoid . I would not recommend this nail salon for anyone other than a person for quick fix - they don’t care about their customers needs or wants the communication is not there . This is a factory of nail service money making only place - and they laugh and talk about you if you ask too many questions or if you wish help regarding the right look - they don’t care all they care about is money and if the tip isn’t $20 or more they sure show their disappointment about it - I will find the nail salon that is customer friendly and service friendly salon that actually will listen to my wishes since I am not an expert in nails . I do not recommend this unless you just need a quick fix -

I got a pedicure. It was wonderful! She scrubbed my feet good, massaged them. Lotions them etc. painted them a pretty pink. My nail persons name is YEN. Ask for her! She's very attentive & professional!

For the amount I paid..I've had better for less. Staff was nice and they had extra things they did on their packages, but I had to ask the lady to clean up my nail polish on my toes. I shouldn't have to ask or pay attention to that detail when I'm spending $50 on a pedicure...just sayin!

Had asked the pedicurist not to scrape my big toe because it was sensitive. She did it anyway. I had to move my foot and ask her not to again. Now I’m paranoid it may get infected. Spent over $80 on the premium pedicure, and now it hurts to walk on…
Edit to respond to owner: I was in last Tuesday on 4/16. It’s scabbed over now, but it was quite painful. I’m sorry but I will not be returning. Please listen to your customers when they ask for a modification to service.

Small place. Staff was very friendly and nice to my daughter.. she loved the whole experience. As far as quality of service the pedicure was mid. Not the best not the worst I wouldn't go back.

This was my first time here. It was easy to make appt., and I didn’t have to wait. I got the lavender pedicure. I felt that the technician did a quality job, was friendly and spent time with the massage. I will definitely come back.

I expected better based on the rating. I will say that they got to me fairly quick as a walk in but it took time to explain what I wanted and I still had to settle for something I didn't exactly want. The design I wanted, I showed them before even being assigned a tech, so I assumed I'd be given to someone who could do it. I was not. She tried, but it's like no real pride was taken in the execution and even cut me with the file. My hands are not wonky, they're very easy to create an even design on. Unfortunately, my nails came out looking like gumby. They're uneven, the polish is sub par, and there is dust in the polish. It's not smooth, and there's a bubble in the polish on my thumb. Worst of all, it hasn't even been a week and they're already lifting and snagging my clothes and hair. I would go back and ask them to fix it, but I feel like it'd be a waste. I'm already mad I tipped, but I am the type to show appreciation for the effort people put in. I just wish I would've spoken up more despite fear of being talked about in a language I don't understand. Not saying that occurred, but I wouldn't know.

I went because I was not happy with a previous experience in another nail salon and left so happy. The Technician took her time and left my nails looking and feeling amazing! I had gel nails done and love them! Wonderful job. Totally recommended.

Ladies are nice. work is decent prices seem high 85 for pretty basic nails. friend spent less with more design they do have cute children chairs and a pretty decent price for kids . Wouldn't return but would recommend for kid services.

I've written a review for this lovely little nail salon before, and pretty much my review stands, with one caveat. There is one particular little old lady that works there which needs to step up her game, at least as far as cleaning the nail goes. Otherwise It's great! A wonderful place that does a great job and everyone (besides the oldest lady) really gets into the toenail, cleans and cuts away any ingrown or potential ingrown, and paints the nails beautifully everytime. They really take their time to get a thorough job done (except for the old lady, which is the cleaning of the nail and she cuts nails too short, and has scrubbed a dry part of my foot until it bled one time. This is the third time i've gotten her and i'll have to start requesting ANYbody else, she dissappoints me every time. Please someone train up the old lady, please!)
