There’s a lot I could say, I’m pregnant and really upset that I didn’t get what I ordered especially because I don’t live near Sacramento or Stockton which was where we made the purchase I’m trying to stay calm because I’m pregnant but the lady I made the purchase with was very rude when I called her to let her know that my order was wrong, she basically said whatever it’s your problem not mine. Years ago I had already made a purchase and was happy which is why I decided to go back and make another purchase but honestly I’m already looking into contacting manufacturer and I will go back to look for this lady and try and speak with someone else because lady was very rude and now I know that she just wanted to make a sale.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Ordered my furniture. Took half a year to be delivered! When they told me that they would be delivered in 3 months. Gave them a bad review about 10 months ago. Threaten to not have my stuff delivered if I didn't take my review down. After they had told me FREE delivery when I purchased.

I came in and bought a mattress with a frame less than a 3 weeks ago. We were sitting on the bed last night and it just broke. so I came to talk with them... his daughter was here she said they're a small business they don't warranty anything so don't buy here because if it breaks within 30 days or less your s*** out of luck. I feel like she was more offensive than trying to help me. I would never purchase from here but I bought it for my sister.

I just called the Franklin Blvd. Warehouse asking if they were hiring. The lady who answered was very rude and I asked for a managers name and she refused it to me. I work with V.A. clients and in all my times reaching out for job placement I never encountered someone with this poor quality service skills. I hope nobody else deals with this poor guest service experiences. I will never turn any of my friends, family, or clients her way.

Since I was moving I went in looking for a bedroom set. I spoke with Joana she was very helpful. I really liked that she showed me all the different styles and prices and helped me find something within my budget. I ended up getting a bedroom set and a living room set. Joana worked with me and gave me a great deal on everything. They delivered everything to my home the same day.
