“I went to a big box store and they didn't have what was listed online but was not in store. While there an employee asked me if I was familiar with Brothers Plumbing and I said I was not, he then proceeded to tell where they were located. How refreshing to have someone recommend another business that they think has the product your looking for.
What I can say about Brothers Plumbing is they provide good customer service, are knowledgeable about their products and can provide the answers when questions are asked. When I later returned with a list for all the necessary items, they were very helpful.

“Can't say enough wonderful things about Romero and his crew at Signature Surfaces. We initially became aware of this company at the CalExpo Home and Garden show this past spring. We were considering redoing our kitchen by pulling out the tile counters and replacing them with something grout free. The Signature Corian caught our eye not only because it was stunning but also the antibacterial, stain free and scratch free properties were very attractive. The other plus is the seamless look; no lines whatsoever where product is joined. We scheduled for Romero to come out to measure and give us a quote. Cost was very reasonable when compared to granite or quartz on top of the other items mentioned above. Demo ensued and took two days followed by install the following week which also took two days. Both crews were efficient and took care with our existing cabinets which we weren't replacing. Customer service is outstanding. They bend over backwards to make sure you're satisfied upon completion of the job. I highly recommend this company if you're looking to replace your kitchen counters/backsplash or have a bathroom remodeled.”

I made a purchase of a Dutch oven many years ago and it had started to deteriorate by chipping, staining, etc. One simple email, that's right, one simple email led to an incredible customer service experience. I was sent a brand new Dutch oven with whatever color I wanted because they didn't have the one that I currently owned at the time in that color. I was floored! No arguing, no debating, nothing. A simple we're sorry that happened to you will send you a new one. You don't find companies like this or customer service like this anymore. Everything I buy in the future will always be Lodge!”

“What a wonderful experience it has been working with Furnitalia. We were going to remodel our kitchen over 7 yrs ago, but had a horrible experience with a contractor on a different project. “We got our kitchen countertops here. The stone is fine, I didn't like the variance of the colors so the one seam is extremely noticeable, but that was my fault as I should've put them side by side. Just wished they had checked for me before the installer picked them up. The prices are great, some of the best in town. Just do your due diligence before actually picking up your slabs. The staff is ok, kinda dry and short with their responses. But I can deal with that if I'm getting a good price! Lol.”
