11/6 annoying, annoying manager. I was doing just fine with the associate before some over enthusiastic manager wanna come out and interrupt, pretend they the best worker in there. Wish he would just shut up and be real.

I enjoyed shopping at this foot locker. The staff were not annoying. The music was not too loud. They had an amazing selection of colors and styles.

I experienced the best customer service of all time today at Foot Locker. Shout out to Alex, Cody, Max, and Rebecca E. for displaying impeccable customer service with a warm and friendly demeanor. You all simply defined the definition of hard working and candid employees who strive to greet, help, and accommodate all customers that walk-in store. I appreciate the cool, and kind generosity. Your tenacious and cordial efforts will always be valued and remembered. Next time I'm at Foot Locker I'll buy 2 pair of sneakers. Salutations, J

The only store I ever been to with 10 employees not helping the only customer waiting to buy something. Nobody waiting on being help, nobody is in line, no one at the register being help. I was in there waiting for 15 minutes about to spend $500 and not one person approach me for help. I had to ask someone for help but that help never came. I guess I was not the right skin color to shop at this store. Something are not the same after COVID. RIP Arden Mall!

I was at the ARDEN FAIR mall when my family and I went to FootLocker, I have never seen such a distracted worker, this worker dropped her barcode scanner, almost charged us $200 for a pair of shoes that was on sale for $79.99. My cousin and I were waiting in line for almost 20 minutes because the worker was talking/flirting with the two guys in front of us. I even stepped out of line to look at her and signal to maybe hurry up but she did not. I would understand causal talking but it should not have taken us so long just to buy a pair of shoes. And so I proceeded to go and find the manager after and tell him my situation and he told me "so was it just a causal conversation", with a no care attitude and I said "im not sure what they were talking about but we shouldn't have had to wait in line for SO long", he did not care so I walked out of the store. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever recieved.

As a sneakerhead, I appreciate the shoes they sell here. This one time I met Shaquille O'Neal here. I only mention this because I also wear a size 23 shoe. So, there was only ONE pair of size 23 shoes, and I was about to try them on when Shaq came in and was IMMEDIATELY fouled. He made direct eye contact with me, and in a voice so low that only rescue dogs can hear it he said, "Shambla books portofino." I was totally confused by what he said until another shopper WITH A RESCUE DOG (why I mentioned it in the first place) said, "my dog said Shaq wants to buy those shoes for you." And that's the day I met Shaq.

Footlocker has always been my go to for fresh kicks. Like the atmosphere and staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.

The store hours are listed until 7p during the week, however me & my family arrived at 6:50p and the store claimed the manager was not allowing any more customers in just because and not due to capacity or a limit for covid. I think it's unethical to not uphold store hours and if they're not going to honor their 7pm closing time then the hours should be reported as closing at 6:50pm. I guess they didnt want our money.
