Maria, Ida, Brandon are truly amazing. I came in to get my ring claimed. Thought I bought it in February. I took a little bit, but we found it and actually bought it. In March, they were able to find it with very little to no information or friendly. All along the way even though I was nervous about them. Not finding. You 3 are amazing and you 3 are my rockstars, thank you so much. I will see you 3 soon to pick out my engagement ring ??

Brandon and Jenna are the BEST. Extremely helpful and patient. I had a challenging situation and they worked it out. So pleasant and make you feel like they truly care. Definitely customer service oriented.

Just as I was going to discontinue being a loyal customer of 40+ years with Kay's due to a horrible unprofessional experience at Kay's in Arden with assistance manager Heather (yelling at me in front of customers) and Nemo (questioning why she would yell at me) . I left the store with the intent never to give Kays another penny.I walked into the most attentive, customer service, empathetic Kay's at the Sunrise Mall. I experienced the best customer service from both Rifi and Narinder. These two employees are an asset to the Kay's Family and apologized profoundly on behalf of arden store something Nemo should take lessons on. I would highly recommend Sunrise Kay's jewelry. I went home and was so happy with the service I called and they took an order on a high item purchase I was looking at while in the store. Customer service continued even after I left the store. I will continue with Kay's Jewelry as I have for many years but only the Sunrise store location even its is further. There is nothing like great customer service..thank you Sunrise store, Rifi and Narinder.

Decided to stop by this location I don't typically frequent and was one of the best decisions I've made!! Greeted by a super friendly knowledgeable employee who helped me through my purchase of finding the right chain for a pendant I didn't even have on me! I described my pendant to her and she knew exactly what chain I needed. I hadn't worn this pendant for more than a year because I simply hadn't been able to find the right size chain to go with it but this person was so helpful, I can now wear my beautiful heart pendant everyday . Thank you to this wonderful person. Definitely made my experience very memorable. I did not catch her name but I'm glad she was able to assist me

Very poor customer service. Very rushed for men's engagement ring and just extremely poor customer service thereafter. We live close but drive elsewhere for Kay's service. This place has consistently rushed and poor service.

I have contacted customer service twice since I originally placed my order to correct the ring size. The 1st time was the day after the order was placed (2/6), and the 2nd time was on 2/10. I finally heard back on the 15th saying that they couldn't update the order. I initially asked for the update 22 hours after the order was placed. They had more than enough time to fix this, considering it was over 2.5 weeks before the item was supposed to ship. They have horrible customer service. When I contacted them the 2nd time, they said the update had never even been submitted. I will now have to get this resized from a different jewelry company. I will never spend another dime at Kay again. Terrible experience! The best part, if you customize a single thing, no returns! Now we're stuck with a ring we don't want because this company has tainted our entire experience. Please do not buy from this horrible company! I also want to add that the 1st customer service red was extremely rude.

My Boyfriend and I absolutely LOVE this Kay Jewelers location at the Arden Fair Mall in Sacramento. The Manager and staff are welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. The store itself is well kept, friendly and inviting. I always get giddy when we go there because they have an incredible selection of gemstones (my favorite).I am looking forward to visiting this place of business for all of my jewelry purchases to expand my collection. Because they love what they do and they are the best at it. Here you can see just some of the treasures that I have acquired. Including an Emerald ring, Sapphire bracelet, Amethyst ring, White Sapphire necklace, Opal ring, and Peridot pendant and matching stud earrings.

There's so much I want to write about this store, but it all comes down to the jeweler not keeping time lines and promises. All I can say is thanks for ruining my special day by making us doubt your abilities to get the ring to us. You have cost Kay a customer.
