I ask for my heal to be cut down, when I picked up my boot, he simply change the heal stubs and told me he cut my 4 inch heal down. I have never owned a 4 inched shoe. He took my money and lied to my face.

Walked in off the street with a pair of FABULOUS boots I'd purchased online but they hurt my feet and needed to be stretched. The owner was there and he could not have been nicer nor friendlier. I will bring all of my business here! I love this place!

Dropped off 2 military back packs and asked him to patch the 4 holes on the bottom of the packs using the thick Strap material that is on the packs itself, he said no problem and charged me $40. This is a one man operation and he is highly Adaptive and can make anything, what a great deal!!

I walked in on a weekday afternoon to get a few more holes punched into a leather belt. The exchange was friendly and quick -- I was out of there in a minute or two -- with the holes evenly spaced as I had requested. Very satisfied with the service.

I expected a better job on cleaning my shoes. Took them Friday and just picked them up today and let me tell you they look exactly like when I took them on Friday. No difference very poorly cleaned it's like they didn't care about their service. Never going there again. Zero star rating in my opinion!

Quick, friendly service with attention to detail. I came here to repair a strap on my backpack and the needlework on the repaired strap is better than the original on the side that did not break. I would definitely recommend coming here for your luggage and bag repair needs.
