I love this place. All of the nail technicians are so happy all the time. Even if it’s close to closing time, I don’t feel rushed. The facility is clean and feels welcoming. They have enough staff to do both a mani and pedi at the same time.And my girl Tracy always does a great job on my pink and white!

I made an appointment for November 12th, 2023 at 10am for a pedicure & full set acrylic for my mother’s birthday. Me & my mother got there 10 minutes early. We told them we could wait. Lady at the front asked appointment or no? I told the lady I had an appointment for Tracy 1, they looked at us confused and I showed them proof that I had an appointment, it looked like no one wanted to help us. One of the lady which I assume is Tracy 1 was talking in Viet pointing to tell someone else to help us when I requested her. The vibe was all off, some random person helped us instead.My mother’s experience: she didn’t like it, she wanted a specific color and they decide to give her something else.My experience: the lady who helped me was nice, I showed her a photo on how I would like my nails, but the nails turned out okay, it was not shaped well, painted well & looked bumpy. I am very picky with my nails. I am paying a lot for a person to do my nails and It didn’t live up to my expectation.If I don’t like the experience I will not tip and I just felt forced to tip while they stand there when I paid. Never coming back

I got a manicure and a pedicure today. It’s not my first time I’ve been, but today was by far the best! Every time I have gone has been consistently great though. They pay great attention to detail, and make your nails look gorgeous. The massages as part of the services are also incredible. Highly recommend this nail spot!

Ive gotten many a pedicure in my life, but I honestly think this is the best one I’ve ever had. Gentle but thoroughly relaxing massage, meticulous nail trimming and painting. Overall 10/10 experience.

Love this place! They have plenty of chairs so you never have to wait very long to be serviced. I literally drive across town just to come here because 1 the place is very clean and 2 they are super professional and no matter who I get they always do a great job.Services: Foot massages

KB Nails has the best nail gals. The establishment is well kept, and the staff is friendly and converse with you. They ensure that you are happy throughout the experience, making sure the water is right, your massage chair is working and you're in a comfortable position. Oh my this was one of the best Nail spa in the city! The service was really really good and I am very impressed by how well the gel manicure have turned out. The place is really clean and the workers there are really polite. Also, the complimentary beverage/cocktail makes the whole experience even better
