Contacted them to do our personal and business taxes. Their response time was slow, they agreed to do them, and then disappeared until AFTER our business taxes were due having never informed us. As a result we had to pay a fine. Go somewhere else

Been coming here for close to a decade. Ashley is amazing. Unfortunately, it has become clear that her office can no longer handle their current workloads. We have spent the last three years chasing them down during tax season for updates and this year was by far the worst — we called them ~15 times this tax season and received zero reciprocal contact from them. No appointment, no followups on what they needed from us, somewhat rude and terse reception when calling. Very disappointing as a long-term customer. But hey, they must have plenty of new business coming in that the [previously] loyal customer can be cast aside without a thought, so good on them for that.
TL;DR - Ashley is awesome. The office/company as a whole is not. They are overwhelmed and don’t seem to care that they are. Won’t be coming back.

My husband I needed help with our 2022 taxes and we were fortunate to have found J & C Tax Services. I phoned J & C and within a couple of days we had an appt. (Can be difficult during tax time.) We met with them for less than an hour and they discovered the error, which saved us a lot of money. Plus, staff are very nice people, which is very big plus.

My mom and I and 2 siblings have been coming to Ashley for years! We appreciate her thoroughness and taking the time to explain tips for the next year and answering any questions. Very friendly customer service from all and we will continue to trust this office with our business!!

I was refer to this place. I got a lady's card and called then drop off my paper/information and they will give it to her. Waited and waited and received nothing. Not sure if my tax return was filed or use for something else. I also look up some tax scam and there are people who are known to do tax return and use your information to deposit your returns on a different account for usage. Not sure where mine went but be wary. I will contact the IRS for my returns and see if it was filed or not.

I don’t write reviews often but today Ashley and her husband handled my taxes and I can’t tell you enough how impressed I was! They were so helpful and gave me a ton of information to help me for next years filing… they truly care about their customers and I’ve never experienced that while filing my taxes?? do yourself a favor and make your appointment !!!!

What a shoddily run business with absolutely atrocious customer service. Ashley is only there for about 4 months and then IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of and her staff doesn't know nothing, doesn't see nothing, and can't get you any answers. You can wait a whole year to get a return done just to have her staff tell you she's too busy this year and better luck next year. And why isn't she telling you this herself? Bc she's gone completely incommunicado. She's definitely too busy for you, but won't tell you, so I'll let you know now.....find someone else

AWFUL SERVICE!! We got a letter from the IRS saying there was an error on our tax return. With many calls, text and emails we got no help or follow through to get it corrected. Very disappointed!
