i made a drive to Sacramento from santa cruz to buy someone else diamond ring, I went to Jonathan jewelry to ask if they can help me authenticate the ring and the guy was very cordial and helpful, after all i ask him how much i owe for the testing and he said is was nothing.beutiful place i very honest people

Appraised my (apparently fake) diamond and didn't press me to buy a real one. When I'm in the market they will for SURE get my business. Will have to bring my other (probably fake) diamonds in.

We had the best experience; the customer service was amazing, the store runs efficiently, and they are very knowledgeable about their business. My wedding ring, (from a different jeweler) lost a diamond and I brought it here. They fixed it up so fast, their pricing is reasonable, and they were communicative for when it would be ready, I brought my ring back to be resized years later and the same great customer service greeted us at the door and everyone was so helpful. I would definitely recommend coming here for any jewelry needs.

I love Jonathan K & Co.! They helped me repurpose several pieces of inherited jewelry into something I cherish and wear frequently. We also custom designed my engagement ring based on an estate ring they had, it's beautiful! Wonderful people & business, and a breath of fresh air when it came to engagement ring shopping - oh, and reasonably priced too!If you're in Northern California, I cannot recommend them enough.

They helped us repair my ring, turn around time was pretty good. The shop looked well kept, clean and full of beautiful pieces. They were nice and helpful, not too expensive for repairs. Overall a good experience.

This is the second time the security guard parked in front of Jonathan K. & Co has harassed me on my morning walk to CSUS. The security guard from SIA Patrol starts his engine as I passed and followed me at a slow speed a few months ago and again today. I photographed the vehicle both times, and this time I followed through and reported him to SIA Patrol, the agency that he works for, and I also wanted Jonathan & Co to understand what this idiot has been up to. I am African American and I believe this has something to do with his profiling behavior. The security guard can be held responsible for discrimination if he is not careful, and so can Jonathan & Co. I am sick of being treated this way, He has made me feel harassed and unsafe. He makes Jonathan & Co. look ridiculous.

Cannot say enough good things about Jonathan and his staff! We have bought all of our wedding rings here and even went back for a second wedding band for me! I come & get my rings cleaned ever so often and they always come out like the first day. Best service and ring selection! You will not regret your visit and purchase.
