My daughter's friend recommended this shop. We agreed we'd check it out but didn't honestly expect to find anything in her style here. Wow, were we wrong! The store was bustling with customers but the mother/daughter pair that run the place greeted us warmly and asked what we were looking for. They were SO kind, cheerful, and helpful our entire visit. Exceptionally nice ladies. The store is clean and well lit, though the dressing room area could have better lighting and larger mirrors. There's a forest of mannequins at the front and middle of the store wearing a selection of different dresses (and men's formal wear), which is fun to see because the rest of the space is crammed with hanging dresses, sparkly accessories, and catalogs. I dare you not to find something beautiful here. I wanted to have an event to attend just so I could buy a gown! Be prepared to dig--the racks are packed--so many dresses, so crammed together, sizing in no particular order. It was overwhelming to sift through on our own. But somehow, the owner knows exactly her inventory and where things are. She was like Mary Poppins, pulling dresses from here and there that we'd missed, once my daughter shared what she was after. We were also told that if they didn't have the size needed, it could be ordered and received in just a few days. Amazing! My girl tried on 5 or 6 gowns but was frustrated; none were yet The One. Then the owner magically produced a stunning red number from somewhere in the closet to Narnia that is this store. Daughter side-eyed it. She hadn't tried a single red dress during any of our prom shopping before that, but she put it on and her ENTIRE mood brightened. She emerged from the dressing room with this amazed, beaming smile like she'd just found the meaning of life in there. I told the owner, Lady, take my money. LOL Value wise, the dress seems well made. Materials and stitching don't feel cheap, and the price was reasonable compared to other stores with similar styles. I will definitely want to return here for future prom dresses for her. Tip: Bring the shoes you plan to wear, if possible. If you find a dress, the ladies can mark the hem for tailoring (which will be needed unless you happen to be 6'5") and will send it out to be altered for you for a fairly reasonable price. Otherwise, you'll have to return with your shoes to be measured. (Or you can go to your own tailor, cool, but definitely compare prices)

I recently had a wonderful experience at a dress place when I took my daughter and her friend to shop for prom dresses. The owner, Jenny, and her daughter, Claudia, were incredibly helpful and patient throughout our visit. They patiently pulled out various options, allowing my daughter and her friend to try on different styles and colors. Jenny and Claudia provided honest feedback and made sure that the dresses fit perfectly and flattered their figures. Not only did Jenny and Claudia excel in their customer service, but they also created a warm and inviting atmosphere in the store. The space was clean, well-organized, and filled with a wide range of beautiful dresses to choose from. It was evident that they took pride in their business and genuinely cared about their customers' satisfaction. Thanks to their assistance, my daughter and her friend both found their dream prom dresses. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to Jenny and Claudia for making this shopping experience a memorable one for all of us. After reading so many positive reviews I made the journey from Brentwood to Sac and glad I did. The staff was so helpful we found THE hoco dresses (for my daughter and her friend within 30 minutes and they were perfect). Ordered that day and got within 4 business days. We will be back to shop for prom!!!

Thank for the friendly and helpful service. The owners speak Spanish. The shop has a wide selection of dresses for all occasions. I bought a beautiful dress for a wedding. I highly recommend this place!

The family and their customer service is impressive! I worked with Claudia and Jenny who both are very accommodating. I really appreciate going places and still experience great customer service! We tried on a few prom dresses and Jenny quickly identified what style my daughter was shooting for! Their response time and shipment times are exact! Although I understand potential delays, my experience here was nothing short of great! This place is highly recommended!

My partner needed a dress for a wedding and we tried all the stores at the mall and couldn't find what she wanted. We checked yelp and found this store. When we initially came in it was very busy but Gloria and Jenny were attentive and kind. They had a huge selection of dresses, and even were able to order one in the color she needed. Their pricing was great and the service was even better!

I paid $312.00 on 3/8/22, receipt #0942, for my daughter's size 2X prom dress that was to be ordered. I was called the next day by Jenny & Gloria's and told the dress was not available. I was offered a refund, but I told them I would come in to pick out a different one. As everyone knows, many businesses had to shut down mid March. I showed up several times to see if anyone was at the business so I could give them my credit card number to process the refund. No luck. I left messages (many) to please give me a refund. No luck. I finally was able to speak to Gloria on the phone and she said she would issue me a refund. No luck. I'm still angry at this business owner for stealing my money. Be very careful. Very disappointed that a small business treated me this way.

We were looking forward to getting a dress for our dance tonight, but they were not open at 12 like they say. There were no notices as to why they would be closed. Waited 15 minutes. Wasted trip.
I suggest calling ahead.
