Jason and his team were amazing to work with! I had problems with a different lender and Jason sorted it out and saved the day! Jason was very proactive and communicated everything that was happening along the way. Jason was efficient and thorough, and ensured that my escrow closed on time. Always picks up and answers question something back when we were first time buyers gave us huge peace. Jason and his team made the nearly impossible, possible. With their help, we closed on our beautiful cabin in record time and with minimal stress. I have come to believe that working with a mortgage broker is a far better experience than with a bank. There are so many more mortgage options to choose from with a broker - not just one-size-fits-all programs.

My wife and I used Jason and his team for purchasing two homes- one in July of 2017 and one this August. We looked online at some mortgage broker options but ultimately wanted to work with someone who is local and a part of the community. Jason and his team were professional, helpful, and worked quickly to ensure we closed ahead of schedule (I think both loans closed in under 21 days!). Any time we had a question or concern Jason or a member of his team was always available. They had great relationships with all parties involved in the process- agents, banks, title, etc. They also did a great job of explaining a lot of the processes and figures, as that was an area that frequently became difficult to follow. We will 100% use Jason and his team again for any future home purchases and I would recommend them to anyone who is in the process of buying a home.

Jason and his team went above and beyond to help us with our loan and educate us on the lending process. We opened escrow several time before finally closing on a home and Team Thomas supported us every step of the way. Carla patiently answered, or found answers to, all of our many questions. Bless her heart! Jason even wrote our purchase agreement for the FSBO home we ended up buying. If you want world class, exceptional customer service, Jason and Summit Funding are the way to go!
