Working with Jamal was the right decision for me. Jamal's communication is 10/10. I reached out to him last minute when I was already in contract because I was not satisfied with the lender I was already working with. With Jamal, I was informed of every step of the way and there were no surprises. He is very transparent, direct, and provides options that will work best for his clients. This process is stressful for different reasons and it's very important to trust your lender. I trusted Jamal because he makes himself available, answered all my questions promptly. Jamal Bey and the rest of the Bey Team exceeded my expectations. Mr Bey guided me through all the steps of my refinancing. The process was quick and easy from start to finish.
