My wife had a vintage hand-painted watch gifted to her, by her stepmother, with a dead battery and missing glass. She found Ivanov’s Watch Repair and had it taken in. Tavifa quoted a deal of a price and had it ready within days. My wife is quite pleased and will highly recommend this establishment.

Quick, great service. It only took five minutes for my watch battery change and nowhere near the cost of going to other watch repair places. When I called to verify what I needed to do, they were very pleasant over the phone. Definitely come here!

I've had both batteries and watchbands replaced by the fine craftswomen here. Fast service and reasonable prices. This is an old school watch shop that knows what to do and how to do it and doesn't charge you an arm and a leg. I highly recommend this fine establishment.

I LOVE this watch repair store. It evokes old European reliability and the ticking of the watches and clocks inside is almost dreamy.
Is that dorky? Sure, but really I enjoy going here to get my watches repaired and batteries replaced because each piece is handled with knowledgeable hands by the owners of Ivanovs! I’ve been going here for over a decade since I moved to Sacramento.
Did you inherit an old cuckoo clock that doesn’t cuckoo anymore? They can fix it! Did you find a hidden gem at an antique faire? Do you have a mid century clock that tells you when it wants to work or not? Did your watch just stop one morning? Then you need to take it to Ivanovs.
Prices are so reasonable (I’ve paid $15-20 for new watch battery replacement) it makes absolute sense to take ALL of your timepieces here for care.

Came in here recently to have the bracelet for my wife’s new watch re-sized. Wish I knew about her and her shop sooner. You don’t see people that know their craft like this anymore. Sure, sizing a bracelet isn’t a huge job, but you can tell when someone does something like this SO easily that it’s simply second nature. She did (carefully) in 90 seconds what would have taken me 15 minutes.
Now that I’ve been there I won’t hesitate to take in some of my other watches which, truth be told, I wouldn’t take just anywhere. I couldn’t recommend this place more. Top notch.

Wonderful family business. Both individuals I worked with were kind and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this business whether to need a simple battery change or a watch repaired, this is the place to go. Have a nice selection of new watches for purchase also.

Quick and concise service.
Sent in a mechanical skeleton watch that had its second hand fall into the hairspring mechanism. They managed to fix it within two days. Cost me $55 since it was a complicated job but the watch had more sentimental value to me so it was worth fixing.
My watch had been broken for 6 years and thanks to this shop it ticks again.
