Amazing selection, great prices. I particularly appreciated the array of spices. I got some nice orange blossom water, and rosewater. The fresh food is also very good, I got a lamb wrap.

Used to go here at least once a week for the kabob plates. The food is consistent and fresh.

I've been eating here since I was little and have loved the food ever since. I'm friends with the owner of this tiny restaurant and he's known me since then. He is very sweet!I unfortunately moved to another state 5 years ago, but every single time I come to Sacramento to visit I always come here and we say helloAlways choose the same good-old dish :)- Ishdel

Soooo, I rarely leave reviews on here, go and check my profile if you don't believe me. But I stopped by here on a whim and was so impressed and amazed by the food and people here, I couldn't just let this go. Walked in, and was greeted like family. Picked what I wanted, the guy made it perfectly and the offered Lentil soup. Of course I took him up on it. Got home, sat down, took a good spoonful of soup and just sighed with relief. Amazing!! The perfect hole in the wall place to come get food!

Mr. Nasser is a great middle eastern chef. He catered my daughters engagement before that he yreated me to lunch. The food was delicious.

This is a decent grab and go market. The owner has a variety of items to choose from as well as a hot deli. I have been coming here for years, never disappoints. The items are appropriately priced and tasty.There are a handful of restaurants that provide fresh food and this is one of my favorites in Sacramento.My Pick: Chicken Cube Plate

I have been buying my tea at this market for a number of years. The owner, Nasar, is always delightful...he's just a great guy! Today, I smelled the delicious aroma of his luncheon menu and decided to order a chicken plate...absolutely delicious!!! I am angry with myself for not enjoying his delicious food sooner! I will go back not just for great tea, but for his lunch menu as well...it's a "win, win" situation: Great owner, fabulous food! Fair price!
