I reupholstered my ottoman and need new casters, the older ones were metal and I need something to fit to the wooden floors. Since the Casters and Wheels is a manufacturing place, they quickly put a 4 set pieces together that exactly match the holes that I had in the ottoman. Customer service was helpful and friendly. I totally recommend this place.

We were referred to this company after several futile searches for replacement casters for our dining room chairs. What a godsend they were to us. Helpful and items in stock (no ordering!!).
