I tried setting up an appointment with Tax advisor on Feb 22, 2023. But by the time I arrived at the office, the respective person was busy and somebody else did my taxes. If you guys are busy please mark your calendar as busy.

Charged me over $900 for one your return. Was told it was because I had multiple w2’s. Spoke to a different professional today and was told she’s never seen anybody charged that much, no matter how many W2’s they had. Plus she did something wrong and I had to wait almost 3 months for my return.

They make you wait long no matter what you have prior appointment or not ! No one comes to desk .. really bad services.
