Tristen, Ernesto and Nick moved me from Folsom to Sonora this week and were very reliable and friendly. Ray conducted my pre-move estimate which was very helpful and locked in my price. Austin in the main office was communicative and provided scheduling as requested. I have moved seven times within CA in the past 10 years and this company was the best I have found.

I was finally contacted by Jacob, and he indicated that they had no record of our phone calls or letters. After confirming the address, as well as the underlying issues, he agreed to reimburse the cost of the repair. It took a while for the glass to be measured and ordered (no fault of H2H)but as soon as I sent the invoice, he cut us a check. So he did take care of us, and the rating reflects our findings: good movers, decent prices, but a little disorganized in the front office.

Second time I have used their service. I would give them five stars except the the estimator told me I could leave some furniture loaded. It really wasn't kind to either the guys moving it or some of the furniture. Tristan, Damien and Derrick out performed the expectations of the estimator and did a very professional job. We challenged them with a really heavy load. They took extra care with the really good valuable pieces. A really nice tight cohesive crew. Overall a very good experience. Price came in under budget!

House to Home Moving is phenomenal! It has been 9 years of excellent service received and observed! My residents and families are always extremely impressed! Employees are very helpful, respectful and provide excellent customer service. The packing and unpacking process is exceptional. All items are treated as precious cargo; from the packing, transporting and moving of the items. The crews are always very respectful when working in our communities. I have worked closely with Michelle and Jacob for several years and admire their commitment to remaining the best moving company in the area! Do you know a senior that needs a Certified Senior Move Manager? Great, Michelle is wonderful and will not disappoint! Overall, great Company, Owners and Team! You won't be disappointed!

I needed a quick move for my second home and saw all the great review for this company so I decided to try them . From the moment I spoke with Michelle I knew that I was in good hands . Everyone that I spoke with throughout this move had excellent customer service skills and communication. I really appreciate the quick turnaround. My possessions were taken care of like I would take care of them. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right the first time around.

During our last move from Natomas to Granite Bay, $6k dollars of furniture and electronics was destroyed. We have been working since January to try to get reimbursed for the damaged items. Today they offered us $1000. What is particularly problematic is the movers covered up the damage to the television and the other items. Even bringing them in last and tucking items away so we could not see them. We paid each of them a $60 tip and they just smiled and said thanks. Avoid this company. All the way to senior leadership they look at you as a sale. Horrible customer service and deceptive. Even spoke to the owner but he as well prefers to maximize his revenue over doing the right thing. I will never use this moving service again and regret ever trusting my families items with this amateur and dishonest organization.

We've used House to Home Moving Services twice for relocating my elderly aunt. Positive experience both times. During this recent move, Tristen, Ernesto and Ladarius were professional, pleasant, polite and hardworking. Belongings were already packed and ready to go. The team worked well together and loaded the truck in less than an hour. They were just as quick and careful unloading, placing and reassembling furniture at destination location. They were respectful of my aunt and her belongings, helping make this move as stressless as possible. Many thanks to House to Home and their excellent team!

We moved my parents into a 1-bedroom assisted living apartment today with the help of House to Home. Our team, Jackson and David were amazing!! They were very efficient and polite, even offering to move all the small items I had packed in my truck. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for help with your move!

I have moved numerous times in the past 10 years and House to Home Moving has, by far, been the best experience I have had. The 3 men showed up in a clean and newer 26' truck and were polite and very careful with my furniture. I truly was so impressed with how the office informed me on what to expect and they allowed me to ask as many questions needed and voice any concerns. I was equally impressed by the gentlemen they sent to help me. I would and will recommend this company to everyone who needs help with their move.

My friends have used this company so I did not do any research on my own. Saved me time since I was very happy with the communication from the quote to the actual move. I felt they came in with a plan and executed it perfectly. It's been a few weeks since the move and I have not found anything broken or damaged, even my IKEA furniture!!

They moved us on Oct 10. The workers were polite and hustled.... But they dropped a head board and it went through our wall and base board and put a gouge in the head board which is only 6 months old. This is our newly built home. They also broke the base of our $1200 bookcase and lost the foot to a chair which cant be replaced, plus broke a finnel to a lamp ( we glued that in order to keep the lamp). Their response was they will send a check for $495. We want them to replace or send out someone to repair the bookcase and to repair the sheetrock and replace the baseboard. They never called or sent anyone out to even look at the damage, just sent an email stating what they will send a check. I would not recommend them. We have had professional movers at least 10 times and have NEVER HAD ANYTHING BROKEN.

These guys did not stick to their quote. They moved without packing half the stuff and came back three times for more money. I feel like I have been scammed. Please be careful should you use this service. I have been debating about taking them to small claims court

Amazing! So friendly, and professional. They went above and beyond moving my grandparents out of their house and into a retirement facility. They were kind and patient and so careful not to damage the furniture or the walls. Not to mention unbelievably affordable. Highly recommend.

Jose walked me through a virtual estimate; Baron, Eric, and Austin helped on the day of the move. Everyone was prompt, courteous, and friendly. The moving crew had everything they needed to make the day as easy as possible and even came in under estimate. I can't recommend them enough, and if I needed to move again, House to Home Moving would definitely be my first call.
